In Turkish and Kyrgyz languages common root verbs with two voices were scanned for the common root verbs discussed, and then their meaning parallels were examined by comparing them with MKE. In the study, the meanings of common root verbs are given, while the meaning of MKE, the sentence in the text and its transfer to modern Turkish are also given. Then Kyrgyz and Turkish languages are shown only if there is a parallel or close meaning. Unrelated meanings were not added to the study. By paying attention to the fact that the study is at a certain limit, some determinations have been made about the semantic properties of common root verbs in two languages. In order to study the semantic status of the related words, “Muqaddimat al-Adab (1993)”, “Kyrgyz Language Dictionary I-II (2011) and “Turkish Dictionary (2011)” were taken as the basis.","PeriodicalId":406963,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Bishkek state university af. It is an issue that needs attention in terms of determining the deficiencies of foreign students in language education in a concrete way and giving them correct feedback. Writing is a productive skill that depends on telling. For this reason, writing in a foreign language shows both a process and the product that emerges at the end of this process. Writing skill helps students learn words, grammatical structures, idioms, proverbs, etc. Among the four basic skills, it is the writing skill that students have the most difficulty or problem with. It offers the instructor the opportunity to check whether they have learned correctly or not. It is emphasized that the interaction of these structures is extremely important in the current conditions of a high level of cross-border organized crime in the global world, which is facilitated, as you know, by the Internet, the rapid progress of ICT, the liberalization of international transportation and cross-border communication of various communities, individuals and world tourism. In the period from 2000 to 2019, the average GDP growth rate of the country was 4.4%, which allowed the Kyrgyz Republic to rise to the category of countries with incomes below the average by 2014. Three decades ago, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Kyrgyzstan was one of the poorest countries in Central Asia. Economic growth has contributed to improving the well-being of the population: the poverty rate has decreased by 50% (from 60% in 2000 to 30% in 2010), but since then there has been little further reduction in the number of poor.
