The main purpose of the MCDM tool is to solve complex decision problems where the decision-makers are experiencing lots of conflicts. The decisions are to be made based on the criteria and their relative importance. If the decision that has to be taken have financial and resource involvement, the decision has to be taken very attentively. Selecting the best-suited scooter also involves many complex aspects like design and ergonomics, power output, fuel economy, price, and many other aspects. The biggest example of this is the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, which has caused a great suffering and economical loss for some countries. As we know, every organization has a section for human resources management, and the success of any organization is counted by the efficiency and quality of human resource management. Human resource management practices and the effectiveness of organizational crisis management are two areas of knowledge that were and still the focus of many studies, but the combination of them and the study of the relationship that binds them and the role that human resource management practices contribute to the effectiveness of crisis management is a new and important study. In this research paper, we have tried to explore the role of human resource management in organizations' crisis management activities. As the workspace continues to evolve due to technological and structural advancement, employees face difficulty coping and lack the desired agility. The present study is a systematic review of around a hundred scientific papers and various books and business research articles from the period of 2000–2021 focusing on mindfulness and employee wellness research from various journals such as Jama Psychiatry, Applied Psychology: Health and Well-being, journals from Frontier Psychology and Emerald Publications, and others. The study aims to explore mindfulness and its applications across various vocational sectors, with particular emphasis on its potential relevance to the Indian population. The study also discusses the evolution of mindfulness, its implications for improving work culture and leadership, and its application in various workplaces. As there are very few mindfulness-based studies conducted on the Indian working population, the present study helps to bridge the gap and recommends future studies to be conducted on the Indian population to establish concrete scientific evidence on the possible impact of mindfulness on employees' vocational lives. Increasing efforts are required to apply global perspectives as part of the topics and objectives in diverse business curriculums. This article provides insights and observations on globalization related to the healthcare industry; global leadership and ethical decision-making; globalization and business schools; and developing global competency for a global work environment. However, a common theme, despite these diverse perspectives, supports increasing efforts to prepare graduates, from diverse areas in schools of business, for development of global competency. Youth have become the most vulnerable segment of the status quo as a result of the fruits of the status quo, which have led to their miserable lives due to poor social, economic status and joblessness. This review is guided by the following questions: (1) Are youth sufficiently given the platform to showcase their potential? (2) Do current youth policies adequately address their grievances? (3) What are the contributions of the youth in the country? (4) What are the probable solutions to the challenges? This review reveals that (1) there are few opportunities for youth, (2) youth policies are only partially implemented, (3) the negative consequences of failing to include youth in national and country programmes are severe and (4) a lack of professional ethics, accountability, and meritocracy in organisations is a recipe for denying qualified youth opportunities.
