As we know, every organization has a section for human resources management, and the success of any organization is counted by the efficiency and quality of human resource management. Human resource management practices and the effectiveness of organizational crisis management are two areas of knowledge that were and still the focus of many studies, but the combination of them and the study of the relationship that binds them and the role that human resource management practices contribute to the effectiveness of crisis management is a new and important study. In this research paper, we have tried to explore the role of human resource management in organizations' crisis management activities. Abstract

Organizations may encounter some crises in this era which can be out of control, as crises have become an important and influencing event in organizations, and it is a source of concern for leaders of organizations and officials alike because of the difficulty in taking control of them, due to sudden and sharp changes in the external environment.
