Two independent observers reviewed the English-language videos as 'useful' or 'misleading'. The Word-Emotion Association (Lexicon) was employed to conduct an emotional analysis of the people regarding COVID-19 via Twitter. 28 videos were classified as 'misleading' while 78 videos were classified as 'useful'. Findings highlighted variations in viewer behaviour in response to different types of videos. YouTube provides a vast amount of information on COVID-19, and integrating particular characteristics could enhance the popularity of YouTube videos. The number of positive sentiment Tweets was approximately equal to the number of negative sentiment Tweets. YouTube has become a significant source of health information during the current crisis. Independent users are more likely to upload misleading videos. Emotional analysis using Twitter data may be utilised by authorities to comprehend the psychological well-being of individuals.","PeriodicalId":405913,"journal":{"name":"i-manager’s Journal on Management","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126191281","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A code of conduct between buyers and sellers has become mandated before purchasing the goods. In this regard, a multistage sampling method is adopted to study 3 textile units with a sample size of the workforce (n=1008). Exploratory and regression analysis are used to identify significant factors that contribute to robust industrial relations. Findings of this study indicate there is a significant influence of occupational safety category 1 and welfare factor that has a positive effect on the perception of the workforce on industrial relations. This study reveals that the employers, managers, and executives of the organization have to give high priority to the above factors to maintain harmonious industrial relations.","PeriodicalId":405913,"journal":{"name":"i-manager’s Journal on Management","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126333382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The government is currently considering sustained scientific efforts such as technological innovation, creativity, and start-ups in hi-tech through higher education to generate jobs. The education offered by universities follows traditional methods and does not align with the changing world. Governments are now exploring opportunities and scopes to generate productive employment through innovation, incubation, and research parks, among others. It is observed that a strong, innovative university system is a prerequisite for increasing the employability of graduates and for employment generation and development. It is recommended to urgently take steps to create entrepreneurs, new knowledge, new technology, patents, and intellectual property rights, and establish technology-based firms in partnership with the industry. This paper presents the new role and responsibility of universities and colleges in imparting education in an innovative way, fostering synergy with industry, and keeping up with fast-advancing technology. This has become essential in these changing times, especially under globalization pressures. Case studies from developed countries are presented in support of this. It is recommended that funding agencies such as the World Bank, UNESCO, the Asian Development Bank, and developed countries prioritize reforms in higher education and guide India in increasing employability for productive jobs. This paper briefly presents problems in the adoption and implementation of innovation methods. Policy implications in this effort to generate jobs are identified and presented to facilitate the government's adoption of new approaches to fulfill the growing aspirations of the people. Conclusions are drawn to enhance the employability of graduates by making them creative and innovative for job generation.","PeriodicalId":405913,"journal":{"name":"i-manager’s Journal on Management","volume":"263 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116171811","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In organizations, culture is like the DNA of an organization, thus each organization is a unique one. In this context, corporate culture is not only created by the founders, management, and employees of a company but is also influenced by national cultures and traditions, economic trends, international trade, company size, and products where organizational culture affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients, and with stakeholders. Digital transformation is a cultural transformation that affects the majority of people who work, and it will never be realized unless companies are still confident in their employees that digitalization can help organizations, people, and society achieve a better future. Based on that, employee engagement in digital transformation is a necessity, where an \"engaged employee\" is fully absorbed by and enthusiastic about their work and so takes positive action to further the organization's reputation and interests. Accordingly, effective digital transformation can never be achieved unless companies build confidence among their staff that digitalization can help organizations, people, and society achieve a positive future. The research analyses of the data were collected using the mixed qualitative approach. Based on that, semi-structured interviews with interviewees were conducted with the aid of an interview guide to collect the qualitative data. As for the quantitative data, a questionnaire was distributed to collect the necessary data to be able to test the hypotheses. The four main dimensions of digital culture: involvement, consistency, adaptability, and mission have a positive impact on employees' engagement in the ICT governmental sector in Egypt. Digital success requires companies to build a culture that is closely aligned with the business, talent, and technology strategies in order to facilitate and not impede the digital transformation. Therefore, aligning company culture and building the digital culture in the organization in the right way will affect employee engagement positively. In this context, the study concluded that there is a positive impact relationship between building digital culture and employee participation in the ICT sector.","PeriodicalId":405913,"journal":{"name":"i-manager’s Journal on Management","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115987166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
