In the hardware design, the OV7725 CMOS high-speed image sensor is used as the front end of the image acquisition system. In the control and module processing, STM32F103RET6 is used as the main chip, the external cache chip AL422B writes the output information into the data buffer, and the OV7725 storage unit is used as the storage unit of the software part. At the same time, the design of power supply, interface circuit and reset module is introduced. In the software design, the Altium Designer system is used as the embedded development environment, and the software system hierarchy and image software processing flow are introduced. Some key challenges are the inaccurate description of digital manufacturing resources (MRs) and capabilities, the large scope of resource search, and the slow response time of the cloud platform. To address these issues, this paper proposes a framework for classifying resources based on Video Semantic Description (VSD) and Event Description (ED) and related implementations to support the optimal allocation of MRs in the IIP. Firstly, we propose a framework for accurately and efficiently classifying MRs, the structure of which mainly consists of real-time digital descriptions of MRs, construction of manufacturing event clouds, and similar classification of manufacturing events. More and more people apply deep neural network in image feature extraction, image classification, fake data identification, and image generation. The purpose of this paper is to simulate the virtual reality panoramic image generation system based on machine learning algorithm. In order to propose a reliable and interpretable machine learning image generation model, and to avoid the mode collapse and mode confusion problems in the generated model, this paper will focus on the most the optimal transmission theory is applied to the image generation model. The use of Monte Carlo methods to generalize semi-continuous machine learning algorithms to arbitrary dimensions makes it possible to combine them with deep learning models. The results of the comparison between the running speed and the convergence accuracy of the machine algorithm show that when the number of sampling points is the same in the low-dimensional space, the optimal transmission has the same convergence accuracy on the CPU and GPU, and the computing efficiency on the GPU is about 3 times that of the CPU computing efficiency. Aiming at the current existing problems of agricultural insurances, such as few choices, non-uniform loss assessment standards, opaque methods of government subsidies and so on, this paper proposes to use the distributive, traceable and other characteristics of blockchain technology, including the application of smart contract, in agricultural index insurances to increase its credibility. The paper starts by briefly describing the traditional agricultural insurance business scope, purchase forms, and claim process, followed by a detailed discussion of the development of agricultural index insurances in China, then compares the advantages and disadvantages of the index insurances and analyzes the compliance of agricultural index insurances. In this paper, plant images were as the study object. Firstly we listed the Research results on traditional methods and deep learning methods of machine learning, and summarized the classification features of plant images and the general procedure of plant identification, Simultaneously we introduced the general algorithms for deep learning, and studied the structural features of convolutional neural networks, and described the classical model of convolutional neural networks, At the end, we compared experimentally the identification efficiency of VGG16+SVM classifier and VGG16+Softmax classifier on plant images. Experiments have shown that under the same conditions, the SVM classifier has a higher identification rate for plant images with single backgrounds, but the identification rate for plant images with complicate backgrounds is close to that of the softmax classifier, and the VGG16 algorithm needs improvement further in the identification rate on fine-grained plant images with too similar leaf shapes. This paper introduces the design and implementation of 64 bit multiprocess microkernel operating system based on x86 platform, expounds the design of system boot initialization, interrupt processing, memory management, process management and other basic functions of the operating system. And we verify the operation of the designed operating system by using x86 architecture CPU, main memory, virtual disk and VirtualBox virtual machine. The model obtains the price prediction part made by the LSTM neural network, the decision part made by combining Markowitz mean-variance model, Monte Carlo algorithm, and LSTM prediction price curve. Additionally, a comparative analysis with the four commonly used portfolio model strategies shows that the LSTM-MPT decision model is valid and reliable for long-term investments. The equilibrium network consists of two sub-networks, the main branch and the object branch, and adds a multi-dimensional significant area extraction module to the main branch network to effectively extract the saliency region in the image, and send the execution results to the object branch network to learn more detailed features. Triplet quantization constraints are introduced to reduce the quantization error and preserve the similarity relationship of pairs of samples. To verify the effectiveness of the method, extensive experiments are performed on two benchmark datasets.
