In recent years, the authors devoted themselves to the digraph variant of 1-2-3 Conjecture. Digraph D has a k-arc-coloring, which required that in-arc sum is different from out-arc sum for any arc, which be called adjacent vertex sum distinguishing coloring, also be known as (−, +) variant of 1-2-3 Conjecture. Julien Bensmail, Kasper Lyngsie proved that adjacent vertex sum distinguishing chromatic number is no more than three for every nice digraph. And they give a series of results about complexity. Deciding whether chromatic number less than or equal to three holds is NP-complete for nice digraph D, therefore it is meaningful to study the chromatic number equal to two or equal to three. We establish a Bidirectional Long ShortTerm Memory Network based Proximal Policy Optimization (BiLSTM-PPO) algorithm. Then, we improve the PPO algorithm by setting the penalty factor to implement a strategy in which gold does not trade on non-trading days. Finally, with the proposed BiLSTM-PPO algorithm to learn the state vector composed of historical data, covariance and BiLSTM prediction results, we obtain the optimal trading strategy. A portfolio selection case is given to illustrate the application process and effectiveness of the method. We compare the BiLSTM-PPO with traditional PPO to prove the ef-fectiveness of it. Even in the worst case, the final income increases by 6.28% than the traditional PPO. And then, we compare the BiLSTM-PPO with five common investment de-cision algorithms such as Min-Variance, Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient, and etc by six financial metrics to prove the optimality of our model. This paper aims to study the application of virtual reality technology in computer hardware repair and maintenance. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and research significance of virtual experiment platform, analyzes the research results of virtual experiment platform at home and abroad, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing virtual hardware experiment platform. And then put forward a framework of virtual experiment platform composed of DOS virtual machine, virtual driver and working circuit demonstration system. Through analyze the functions of each module in the framework, enumerate the technologies that can realize each function, and finally confirm the specific technology to realize each module. However, in the actual development process, the preference system in buildings is often destroyed by lightning strikes, and over time, this phenomenon does not decrease, but shows a rapid growth trend. At the present stage, China does not meet the strict lightning protection design requirements of high-rise buildings. Through the design and adjustment of BP neural layer, hidden layer and output layer, the BP neural network model of BP is established. According to the specific data of high-rise buildings and the judgment of relevant experts, the safety assessment samples including the lightning protection system, alarm system, safety evacuation system and management factors of high-rise buildings are collected. Therefore, it is very important to quickly judge whether it is depression in today's society. In the work, the text dataset from social media is first vectorized with Bag-of-words and self-training Word2Vec, and then the text represented by Bag-of-words is trained and tested in different types of traditional machine learning classification methods. For text represented by Word2Vec, CNN and RNN algorithms are added for training. Finally, we compare and analyse the classification effects of traditional machine learning algorithms and deep learning algorithms with different text vectorization representations on text dataset, so as to find a better classification model of depression based on text dataset. This network extract local information and contextual information jointly and has feature maps with high spatial resolution. Compared with state-of-the-art algorithms, MDSNet achieves 66.57 MIoU on Camvid with only 0.5M parameters and 79.4 FPS inference speed on a single GTX 1070Ti card. Besides, MDS is deployed on the unmanned platform to test performance under different conditions. First, it deeply analyzes the existing problems in current English education, carefully reads relevant materials through literature, compares the research results of other researchers with the teaching situation, and solves the problems in combination with the actual situation. Secondly, through the integration of English online education system, formulate appropriate education reform methods, teaching in the experimental class for one year. Finally, the practice data and teaching methods before and after the reform are analyzed. The purpose of data comparison is to summarize the successful events and experiences of English education reform according to information methods.
