The paper starts by briefly describing the traditional agricultural insurance business scope, purchase forms, and claim process, followed by a detailed discussion of the development of agricultural index insurances in China, then compares the advantages and disadvantages of the index insurances and analyzes the compliance of agricultural index insurances. 区块链技术在推动农业保险高质量发展方面具有广阔的应用潜力。针对目前农业保险存在的选择少、损失评估标准不统一、政府补贴方式不透明等问题,本文提出利用区块链技术的分布式、可追溯性等特点,包括智能合约的应用,在农业指数保险中增加其可信度。本文首先简要介绍了传统农业保险的经营范围、购买形式和理赔流程,然后详细论述了农业指数保险在中国的发展情况,然后比较了指数保险的优缺点,分析了农业指数保险的合规性。最后,以农业天气指数保险为例,通过区块链技术应用,辅以DSSAT、卫星遥感等技术,设计农业天气指数保险的保险流程和针对性解决方案。
