This paper focuses on implementation of an asymmetric secure multi-party computation protocol using anonymization and public-key encryption where all parties have access to trusted third party (TTP) who (1) doesn't add any contribution to computation (2) doesn't know who is the owner of the input received (3) has large number of resources (4) decryption key is known to trusted third party (TTP) to get the actual input for computation of final result. In this environment, concern is to design a protocol which deploys TTP for computation. It is proposed that the protocol is very proficient (in terms of secure computation and individual privacy) for the parties than the other available protocols. The solution incorporates protocol using asymmetric encryption scheme where any party can encrypt a message with the public key but decryption can be done by only the possessor of the decryption key (private key). As the protocol works on asymmetric encryption and packetization it ensures following: (1) Confidentiality (Anonymity) (2) Security (3) Privacy (Data).","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124385981","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The three `I' integrates well when critically evaluated. Evaluation is an important process. Every work is sent to 2-3 experts based on some criteria set. The decision is subjective as per as our study through literature is concerned. Generally majority voting is followed but their overall performance index for acceptance and rejection does not match criteria set. Hence this approach lacks the affective factor related to optimal results. To address that problem we are proposing here a new scheme that will be based on criteria set and as it will give unbiased/ unprejudiced decision on the acceptance and rejection of papers. The Ant Colony Algorithm well defines the solution to this problem. We are providing a phenomenal approach in research evaluation which will help in conflict resolving in different experts opinion.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"421 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126708532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Users having large amount of data or information in multiple documents face problems with their storage and security. Cloud services have also become popular due to reduction in cost of storage and flexibility of use. But there is risk of data loss, misuse and theft. Reliability and security of data stored in the cloud is a matter of concern, specifically for critical applications and ones for which security and privacy of the data is important. Cryptographic techniques provide solutions for preserving the confidentiality of data but make the data unusable for many applications. In this paper we report a novel approach to securely store the data on a remote location and perform search in constant time without the need for decryption of documents. We use bloom filters to perform simple as well advanced search operations like case sensitive search, sentence search and approximate search.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127330979","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To support such an environment services or the applications in the environment should be able to interact seamlessly, with the other devices or applications present in the environment, to gather relevant information in current context. Main challenge is devices are resource constrained. To support such systems, so that they can utilize resources of other sensor nodes/mobile devices, I propose a system that integrates semantic search in pervasive computing. Information associated with mobile devices and sensor nodes is used in a way that results in minimal inexact matching, efficient and improved service discovery.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131168874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The users face the problem which is how to get relevant and useful information from the large disorder information. Web mining can change the way results are provided to user queries presently i.e. ranked list of content based results. This work focuses on the study of different filtering and ranking methods and introducing a combined approach for finding relevance. The relevancy and ranking of the document will be performed by going through the content of web pages, link structure and user choice. The framework using the combination of three approaches as a hybrid approach is introduced. Here in this paper we want to focus on how to locate the resources on World Wide Web which is high in quality and relevant to information need.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132728106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here, we analyzed four different models such as Simple Model, Schenk Model, Hurkx Model and Non-Local Model. Germanium is used as the source because of low band gap material and Silicon Germanium on Insulator (SGOI) which increases the speed of the transistors by straining the crystal lattice, resulting in improved electron mobility and higher drive currents. TCAD Simulation is made which shows the result with the record high Ion/Ioff ratio of 3.4×109 and the steepest point subthreshold swing of 37mV/decade. This work also shows that the Miller capacitance is very small in case of a non-local BTBT model than all other models. Effect of gate dielectric on the subthreshold performance of the SGOI-TFET is also evaluated using the non-local BTBT model and it is found that the ON current is enhanced with increased relative permittivity of the gate dielectrics.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132794511","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a two stage filter; in the first stage the noisy pixels are detected. Only the pixels classified as noisy are subjected to the filtering stage. In the detector stage the proposed algorithm analyses the neighborhood of the pixel under consideration, based on this analysis it classifies the pixel as noisy or noise-free. The noisy pixels are then subjected to filtering.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129653123","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ragas which form the nucleus of Indian classical music are traditionally been divided into various thaats according to scale. Although every raga has a characteristic mood of its own, differences occur between renditions of the same raga based on the school or personal style of the artist. This latitude given to artists while making Indian classical music rich also makes it more difficult to analyze from a scientific perspective. This paper discusses the use of projection pursuit techniques along with MFCC to analyze the similarity between different artists, thereby providing a means to classify the raga performance objectively rather than perceptually. The difference between the objective and perceptual signatures of an artist has been argued as analogous to the difference between fingerprint and character traits of an individual for the purpose of classification.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129228602","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two novel operators Differential Morphological Shadow Operator (DMSO) and Differential Morphological Building Operator (DMBO) for extracting shadows and buildings respectively are proposed. The method identifies shadows using DMSO. After masking out the shadow, DMBO is applied to obtain the building candidates. The building candidates are filtered using four parameters including shadow test, Shape Index (SI), area and rectangular fit to remove false detections and obtain only buildings. The proposed method was tested on two VHR satellite images acquired by Geoeye-1.The results of the proposed method were compared with two other state of the art methods and it was observed that the proposed method outperformed the other two methods.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115372313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
