As demand for more and more data increases, we have to efficiently use the spectrum because spectrum available to us is in limited quantity. A full algorithm for a distributed dynamic channel allocation has been proposed by using ResMes and dynamic programming. It can be seen that the algorithm is free from any deadlock and also avoids co-channel interference. The algorithm proposed increases the hardware but it is able to reduce the processing time very well. Here, development of broad standard data models presents an interesting challenge since the level of complexity becomes high, and the resultant database schema becomes unusable. In this paper, an attempt is made to address the need of well documented and organized data based on certain standard formats. As UML became extensively used Case Tool both for academic and industry needs, now it became a standard modeling language defined by Open Management Group (OMG) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO). UML covers simple concepts and is very perceptive and easy to use. But association between object, definition of constraints, generalization among data concepts and its quality factors are important to be considered while modeling geographic data. So, to address this issue, this paper proposes UML based data model as a solution, extended to accommodate the spatial data which are derived from the remote sensing images. The solution implemented through the use of stereotyped classes to represent spatial data in a straightforward manner including support for geometries as well as the definitions of attributes, objects, classes and association relations among them. In this paper, UML profile based models are created for various features like Road, Forest, Waterbody, Builtup, Cultivation, Mining and Wasteland and the Extensible Markup Language (XML) code is generated which are stored in XML Metadata Interchange (XMI). Then using ArcGIS support, this code is converted into schemas and finally the schema is populated with data that is used in the study of deforestation factors using GIS and Remote Sensing. These guidelines also using various tools help in the determination of various attributes of code such as its complexity, duplicity, warnings, memory leaks, coverage etc. However coding guidelines are not present in academics field. Scholars of educational institutions generally concentrate mostly on logic (brute force quality approach) against writing documentable clean code or understanding written code's attributes. Also end evaluation/delivery in a software company is dependent on cleanliness of code with major consideration to various code attributes. Such scenario is totally not present in academic framework and evaluation is mostly done manually. The paper tries to bridge the above gap by analyzing the role of an organized code creation model and its effect on various stakeholders in academic eco-system and suggests one such open source code guideline model by providing its implementation through a code creation template. This study presents the findings pertaining to project scope that influence the requirements elicitation activity and thereby impact the overall requirements engineering process. The causes that lead to such scope issues and related consequences are summarized. The challenges encountered due to poor scope are depicted using a cause-and-effect diagram. Cost and effort are important factors whenever a project is developed. The estimation of cost and effort is a difficult task in Agile environment. It has been observed that the current Agile methods mostly depends on an expert opinion, planning poker and historical data of project for estimation of cost, size, effort and duration. In absence of the historical data and experts the previous methods are not efficient. So there is need of an algorithmic method, which can calculate cost and effort of the project. In this direction S.Bhalero, Maya Ingel [2] has considered some project-related factors that calculate the size as well as duration of the project. However, several other project as well as people related factors may affect the Agile environment. In this work an Algorithmic estimation method is being proposed considering various factors thereby estimating the more accurate release date, cost, effort and duration for the project.
