Digital data is prone to attacks leaving absolutely no clues about the attacker. Image hashing is the ability to categorize an image irrespective of the change in features like resolution and format as well as corruption. It is used to identify and verify images with similar structural content. We make use of the hash function which purposes to extract a fixed length bit code from a text or image. Hash functions have found varied applications in cryptography, video surveillance in addition to rummage the database. In this review paper, a detailed comparison of three techniques of image hashing is performed which include the Discrete Wavelet Transform, Singular Value Decomposition and a third technique of optimized Feature Extraction. In this work, simulation studies are performed for three different post fault conditions i.e. open circuiting of one of the six IGBTs(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) gate, blowing off one IGBT and line to ground fault at one of the motor phase terminals. Under these fault conditions, time domain and frequency domain analyses are performed. For the above mentioned purpose, Intrusion detection system came into existence. But the current systems are not capable enough to detect all the attacks coming towards them. In an earlier work, we extended the earlier existing taxonomy of ISs [10]. In this paper, we have revised the taxonomy further by including WIS, SWIS and MMIS. We shall discuss various characteristics of MMIS and the effect of the network on required quality of presentation for MMIS. MMIS input strings provide an efficient means for iconic indexing of the temporal/spatial relations of media streams and semantic objects. Today more information sources become available as MMISs. Hence, the development of abstract semantic models for video, audio, text, graphics and image data became very important. In this paper, we have tabulated a comparison feature study of a variety of MMISs web sites. Script Identification is an essential part of automatic document image analysis. Script is essentially the text of a written document and languages are written using them. A huge set of techniques have been proposed and many scripts, foreign & domestic, have been identified. But so far, trivial work has been reported for the identification of Kashmiri script. In this paper we are proposing & experimentally testing identification of Kashmiri script collectively with three other related scripts viz. Roman, Devanagri & Urdu using entropy. First, a set of training images are experimented to prepare the knowledge base and later the actual samples have been evaluated. Initially, a difference image is computed using normalized neighborhood ratio approach. The cluster centers are then computed using Ant colony based clustering algorithm. The cluster centers obtained from ant based algorithm are used to cluster the difference image into two clusters changed and unchanged. The clustered image is the change map that represents the changed and unchanged areas. The proposed method is compared with some other state of the art methods. The heart artery plaque layer analysis is still an open problem as no appropriate solution has been discovered yet. IVUS (IntraVascular Ultrasound Image) is one of the medical imaging techniques based on the sound waves produces the vessel cross sectional images of blood vessels that provide the quantitative and qualitative assessment of the vascular wall information about the nature of atherosclerosis lesions as well as plaque size and shape. The proposed work involves to extracting the vessel wall and lumen boundaries from the cross sectional images and also find out the plaque layer component using contour energy minimization method. That can be iteratively selects the image features for the analysis of plaque layer. In majority of cases, there are challenges in KM adoption and the potential of knowledge management module is not utilized to its fullest extent in e-commerce. This paper provides research insights about the main challenges in knowledge dynamics of e-commerce programs and proposes best-practices-based novel KM reference model based on research findings. The paper discusses the survey findings from KM practitioners and gathers insights from real-world e-commerce implementations about common challenges and best practices in KM program implementations. Based on these insights, the paper proposes a robust and novel e-commerce KM reference model. The paper also elaborates VARIOUS knowledge management e-commerce services such as search, collaboration, cross-sell/upsell analysis, KM participation platform, recommendation services and KM taxonomy to drive self-service model and provides the key building blocks for an e-commerce knowledge management system.
