摘要

本文给出了电流源逆变器(CSI)馈电异步电机驱动在不同故障状态下电机电流特征的谐波分析仿真结果。在这项工作中,对三种不同的故障后条件进行了仿真研究,即六个IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管)栅极之一的开路,吹掉一个IGBT,并在其中一个电机相端子处线路接地故障。在这些故障条件下,分别进行了时域和频域分析。给出了仿真结果。
