This paper proposes that after the wavelet transform the high frequency coefficients need a more accurate processing, And the classical hard threshold method has been improved by introducing the measure of medium truth scale. The new method can effectively handle strong Gaussian noise with larger variance through theoretical analysis and experimental simulation, and get a fine recovery image. Although OLSR has link quality extensions, which makes calculating a routing table based on link quality. However when the extension is deployed into the Wireless Mesh Network in the underground coal mine, we find it brings too much cost both in calculation and bandwidth. The optimized protocol makes it possible to find best route using less cost in the underground coal mine. Based on that, some theoretical basis could be provided for some advice of the FOG's life evaluation. The fault tree of drive circuit used in erbium fiber laser was built in accordance with the operation environment and condition by collecting failure information and analyzing performance parameters. Reliability prediction model was built according to reliability prediction handbook for electronic equipment of JGB/Z 299C-2006. On the basis of analyzing structural features and technical features of hybrid photovoltaic generation system with storage bank (HPS), an active power smoothing control for photovoltaic-flywheel system using fuzzy control is proposed. Through the simulation analysis, the flywheel speed, the active power output and the smoothing coefficient can be observed. MMTD is based on medium logics ML whose major philosophical background is the opposite that limits the application area of MMTD. To counter de-emphasizing `the greatest difference' between the two sites of inverse opposite concept, the idea of weakening polarization and strengthening transition is presented in this paper. After introducing ML and MMTD in brief, the concepts of transition are described with mathematical and logical methods. Some concepts and lemmas that are the non-increment of Minkovski distance, neighbor-point, least truth formula and least medium formula are given to discuss the relations between inverse opposites and transition. Then, predicate mapping P: {T, F}2→{T, M, F} is constructed, and the sufficient condition for converting transition to opposing polarization is established. Geographic and topographic factors on area rainfall distribution have significant influences. Different terrain conditions on the effect of precipitation each are not identical, and the precipitation of different seasons varies a lot. To solve this problem, this paper presents an FPGA-based multi-view projection naked eye 3D video processing method. The video sources will be divided into nine equal parts, and each of them will be enlarged as the original resolution. The zoomed ones will be sent to nine projectors, then eight appropriate naked eye 3D display views will be achieved after the following optical processing. The trajectory optimization problem brought by the use of low thrust propulsion in conjunction with gravity assist is researched. This paper proposes a hybrid technique for solving the strong nonlinear and multiple constraints optimal control problem using a hybrid technique. First, a nonlinear programming problem is proposed by abandoning the terminal constraints brought by Pontryagin maximum principle and treating costates as optimization variables; Then an adjoint control transformation is used for converting costate variables to other variables partially which possess actual bounds and physical meaning; Finally, differential evolution algorithm is employed for searching the initial values of nonlinear programming problem for local accurate optimization.
