Through the simulation analysis, the flywheel speed, the active power output and the smoothing coefficient can be observed. Abstract

The intermittence and the randomness of sunshine cause the fluctuations of active power, which may reduce the power quality and increase the impact to the grid, even affect the security and stability of power system. On the basis of analyzing structural features and technical features of hybrid photovoltaic generation system with storage bank (HPS), an active power smoothing control for photovoltaic-flywheel system using fuzzy control is proposed. Through the simulation analysis, the flywheel speed, the active power output and the smoothing coefficient can be observed. Compared to the system without flywheel storage and the simple flywheel energy storage system, it is shown the better performance of the proposed method on decreasing the active power generation, improving the power quality as well as reducing the impact to the grid.
基于模糊控制的光伏-飞轮系统有功平滑控制
