Firstly, the concept of mission-critical system effectiveness is presented. Then based on the core capabilities analysis, a novel index system of mission-critical system effectiveness is established, which consists of three aspects: quality of information, quality of information service and security. And the hierarchical index system can comprehensively reflect timeliness, efficiency, quality, and security characteristics of the mission-critical system. Further, based on indexes classification, the approaches of establishing evaluation models for various classes of indexes are given, with illustrations of some typical indexes.","PeriodicalId":404630,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 2nd International Conference on Measurement, Information and Control","volume":"82 11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116560799","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is globally optimal because it is derived from the centralized fusion white noise deconvolution estimator and is identical to the centralized fuser. The proposed white noise fuser is obtained based on the local Kalman predictors. Compared with the existing globally suboptimal distributed fusion white noise estimators, the computation of complex covariance matrices is avoided. The effectiveness of the proposed results is shown by a Monte Carlo simulation for the Bernoulli-Gaussian input white noise.","PeriodicalId":404630,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 2nd International Conference on Measurement, Information and Control","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132225664","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For example derivation infinitely, smoothness, attenuates fast and its spectrum is finite, Meyer wavelet is beneficial to numerical calculate, so it applies widely in engineering majors. In this paper, we can discuss the properties of the image space of classic Meyer wavelet transform. According to the properties of reproducing kernel, In this space, we obtain the reproducing kernel function two expressions When scale factor is fixed. We also use the additive operation and norm operation of reproducing kernel space to describe the Meyer image space. This article provides one method about study the image space of the class of Meyer wavelets transform. In signal processing field, which is beneficial to choose wavelet base well. And in the actual application of the class of Meyer wavelet, by the results of this paper, in which can help us to choose a more suitable Meyer wavelet. Compared with the electric vehicles, the extended range electric vehicles increase the Range Extender (RE) that was constituted by internal combustion engine, generator and rectifier. The extended range electric vehicles model was established in the CRUISE, and matched the powertrain parameters. The power consumption simulation was carried in the Chinese typical cycle run. The simulation used two different energy management strategies. The results show that the powertrain matching parameters are relatively rational. In the CD-CS energy management strategy, when RE adopts (ON-OFF) control model. The vehicle fuel consumption and electrical consumption were less than the power following control methods. Meanwhile, the economy of the vehicle adopting (ON-OFF) control model is better than the other.","PeriodicalId":404630,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 2nd International Conference on Measurement, Information and Control","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113965974","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, the dynamic model makes the pressure ratio of front-main wheel is a constant, then adding the pressure errors caused by the rolling moment to the left and right main wheels separately. The dynamic model also includes the motor twisting moment and the wind disturbance. Based on all the factors mentioned above, a control method by front wheel and rudder swaying is designed for the direction and lateral displacement control. The simulation results show that the time-separate controller by front and main wheels achieves the destination in the environment of initial displacement 1m, initial yaw angle 5° and wind velocity 3m/s.","PeriodicalId":404630,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 2nd International Conference on Measurement, Information and Control","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122834250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The multi-spectral image of an international standard vision chart is obtained by a dispersion LCTF multi-spectral imaging system. Subjective experiment is designed and conducted to obtain the sharpness values of the channel image with different light wavelength, and 6 objective sharpness evaluation functions are used to calculate the sharpness/wavelength relationships. Experiment results show that only gray differential function and point sharpness function match the subjective experiment very well, and can be used to describe the sharpness property of the channel images of a dispersion multi-spectral imaging system. Moreover, concerning the computational speed, gray differential function is faster than point sharpness function.","PeriodicalId":404630,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 2nd International Conference on Measurement, Information and Control","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121159607","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
