In the spectrum-sharing system, the secondary user (SU) can use the primary user's (PU) spectrum band under some limitations. In this research, we consider that the SU's transmission power has to be limited to ensure an acceptable effect on the primary's receiver, meanwhile the QoS of the primary user's should be guaranteed. Under the limitations of average and peak received-power at the side of PU's receiver, we get the optimum power allocation scheme of SU, and the channel capacity is adopted as the metric of the system performance. On this account, we introduce a new Infrastructure, i.e., WiFi to Mesh (W2M), which used to improve the performance of vehicular internet. We then design a most economic deployment method that maximizes the worst case contact opportunity with the minimum cost. In particular, we use a new metric, i.e., Contact Opportunity, as the quality of service of a Vehicular network. Such a metric is closely related to average throughput that a vehicle might obtain while coming within WiFi range. The problem of finding a minimum infrastructure deployment cost of APs and W2Ms depending on the quality of service (QoS) for Vehicular Internet supported by a variety of infrastructures turns out to be NP-hard. It is apply to the nonlinear, time delay, MIMO system. And it has the adaptive ability to the system disturbance and the system perturbation. Therefore, the variable structure control has been a research hot. But variable structure control has some defects, that is chattering phenomenon in the control process. How to reduce and eliminate the chattering is the main research direction on variable structure control. The neural network has learning ability, adaptive and can approximate any nonlinear function etc. The paper built the control object model through the on-line identification method on the base of neural network. Associate the predict value with the reference value, we can establish a performance index function. Then we can adjust the parameters of the variable structure controller to reduce the chattering phenomenon through the back propagation algorithm. This paper takes the self-balance robot as an experimental object, design a variable structure control bases on the neural network, and compare it to the traditional variable structure control. The SU packets or connections are treated as customers and the primary user (PU) channel as the server. And the emergence of PU causes the licensed channel temporarily unavailable for SUs. The action is like an interruption to the server. Each secondary customer wanting to optimize its benefit needs to make a choice between entering the spectrum and balking. In our model, we consider an infrastructure-based CRN where SUs can get the information on the number of SUs in the queue and the spectrum state before entering. A pure threshold strategy is adopted to maximize the individual welfare. If the number of SUs waiting in the queue does not exceed the threshold, the tagged SU joins the queue; otherwise leaves. This paper synthesizes transmission theory of normal mode and theory of submarine reflection multi highlight model and signal processing, proposes a simulation method of echoes from active sonar of submarine with describes simulation examples in shallow waters, and analyzes the mechanism of how the sound channel and submarine reflection influence echo signals. The results of simulation show that the interface of each system is beautiful, the parameters are easy to adjust and the process of modulation-demodulation is simpler than the traditional system which is designed by hardware circuit. As different kinds of worms spread in the Internet, the interactions among them have strong impact on the propagation of worms. In order to eliminate the negative effect, it is necessary to characterize these interaction behaviors. Accounting for these factors, a model with two mutualistic symbiosis worms is proposed in this paper. The stability of the infection-free equilibrium and positive equilibrium are discussed. Through theoretical analysis, the stability conditions are obtained mathematically. Numerical results from the experiment are in favor of the theoretical analysis. This is called laser ablation impulse coupling effect. The effect can be used in the space debris controlling when it is going to collide with an operational satellite. The analytical model of calculating laser ablation coupling coefficient is given. The result is used as the input value to our assumed simulation, which is that an operational satellite is going to collide with the space debris. All these problems will directly lead to the QoS of streaming media transmission. Back pressure algorithm is a control method which is proposed by Tassinlas and Ephremides in the control theory. It mainly manifest in routing scheduling scheme based on the back pressure numerical in network transmission system. Due to the conclusion which back pressure algorithm can make the network load balancing and maximize network utilization, we choose back pressure algorithm as the basic research methods of mobile streaming media transmission. According to the above problem, the paper proposes the back pressure algorithm guaranteeing deadline, and the proposed algorithm can well guarantee deadline for packet transmission.
