To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics, and Pearson correlation as well as regression analysis has been conducted to identify the relationship and effect between independent variables (taste, price, ambience and location) and dependent variable (consumer preference). SPSS has been used to process the data and to find the result of the data analysis. \u0000By the correlation analysis there is significant relationships between independent variables (taste, price, ambience and location) and dependent variable (brand preference). Based on regression analysis, taste, ambience and location have significant and positive impact on consumer preference for fast food items. It means consumers are much more concerned and aware about these factors while consuming the fast food. This study has tried to compute MLEs along with their asymptotic confidence interval, contour plot and standard errors. The K-S test statistic, Quantile-Quantile (QQ) and Probability-Probability (PP) plots are used to check the validity of the model. All the computations are performed in R software. Big machines, new technology, cut throat completion, changing interest of customers all these has changed the functioning of the corporate management. The modern corporate world want employees to be motivated at their job because most satisfied individuals work at the upper limit of their capacity for the good of the organization, while most dissatisfied individuals pursue ways to increase their level of satisfaction by working for their own gain. Every management tries to coordinate various factor of production in such a way that their contribution is maximum in achieving organizational goals. But, to improve the overall performance in a business it becomes essential to increase the efficiency of human beings. Hence, the motivation should never be underrated.The organizations of modern corporate world are basically concentrated on achievement of organizational target or goal. This study uses secondary sources of data. The balanced panel data from commercial banks including 150 observations are used for the period of 2000-2014. The earnings per share and stock dividend per share are the more significant determinants of stock prices of commercial banks in Nepal. The performance of the stock dividend is especially noteworthy; this variable is statistically and economically the most important of the six fundamental variables investigated.NCC JournalVol. 3, No. 1, 2018, page: 44-64","PeriodicalId":403873,"journal":{"name":"NCC Journal","volume":"123 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121715288","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
