The standard platform API provides solutions that enable communication between various components. Over time, the development community has created alternatives. Along with the popularization of the idea of reactive programming, standardized implementations of these concepts have appeared, which can also be used in the place of standard propagation methods. In the work the available solutions are compared in terms of efficiency, versatility of application, complexity, offered interface generality, source code maintenance and legibility of the implementation. The main motivation for the work is that in the course of the research on event propagation methods on Android platform, no current comparison of libraries was found. Such a broad juxtaposition of solutions as presented in the work is probably presented for the first time. Therefore, the accumulation of knowledge and the development of recommendation system for solving this problem are actual scientific and practical tasks. Nowadays, recommendation system is one of the widely used online systems for making decision in different fields of human activity. In this paper, recommendation techniques are analyzed and their overall classification is presented. Different knowledge representation models are considered as well as the necessity of knowledge transformation from semantic network to other models. The developed software tool allows to represent different models of knowledge in a common language, also it contains the procedures of transformation between different forms of expert knowledge. Knowledge documentation on the basis of knowledge representation models allows to analyze the context in order to identify priority requirements and to resolve conflict requirements. Recommendation model and algorithm for helping developers in selecting hardware-software platform for embedded systems automated design are proposed. Formed and tested effective software update protocols that do not require direct connection. The structure of the functional block diagram was selected, and the stand was assembled. Experimental testing and comparison of applicability the mechanisms in updating the software of terminal devices, for the cases of implementation of D2D communications on the basis of Mesh topology are provided. A list of technical characteristics and an ex-post evaluation of the quality of communication for PER and other indicators is considered. The complex index of estimation of efficiency of the whole network as a whole is offered. Performing such actions on the image as, for example, purposeful modification, rotation or zooming of the image will also have a negative effect on the image resolution. It has been established that one of the reasons for the complication of the decision-making process is the deterioration of the quality of the input information obtained on the basis of various images due to overlaying noise on them, which may have different origin and characteristics. Studying a certain class of noise in the context of considering it as a function allows you to focus on determining its parameters, the degree of influence of these parameters and the artificial noise generation. An overview of the noise of different types and their effects was performed for further evaluation of the quality of recognition systems. Noises that arise in this case, are subject to classification in order to study, formalize and further eliminate or minimize their harmful effects. GMDH algorithms are used to get accurate long-term forecasts on all levels of temporal data. Inductive approach allows to reconcile models and to increase accuracy of forecasting simultaneously on all levels of modelling.
