Abstract

The methodology which is used to manage a certain project has a considerable influence on the laboriousness and cost of management, as well as the risks associated with this project. The greatest positive effect could be achieved by the creation an individual methodology for a complex, expensive and responsible project. The paper proposes the method of forming the methodology and guide to manage a specific project. The method is based on the formation and application of the Generalized Body of Knowledge on project management.
