Approach to the Creation of a Comprehensively Competent Project-Oriented Organization

Abstract

The article is devoted to the approach to the creation of a comprehensively competent of project-oriented organization. The standards for the assessment of the competence of organizations are analyzed. A hi-adaptive approach to the creation of an information system of a project-oriented organization is proposed. The approach to creation of complex competence is formulated.
