Yamin, Sri Nur Qadri","doi":"10.30605/perbal.v11i2.2773","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30605/perbal.v11i2.2773","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui keragaman genetik F1 kapas (Gossypium hirsutum),  (2) menduga karakter seleksi langsung dan tidak langsung, dan (3)  memperoleh informasi mengenai aksi gen yang mengendalikan karakter agronomi F1 kapas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di KP Sumberejo mulai Januari-Desember 2021. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu 38 generasi F1 dan Varietas Kanesia 10 (varietas pembanding). Sebanyak 38 hibrida F1 dan varietas pembanding disusun dalam RAK dan diulang sebanyak dua kali. Ukuran plot 5 x 6 m (30 m2), jarak tanam 100 cm x 30 cm dan menggunakan sistem tugal. Masing-masing lubang tanam terdapat satu tanaman (total luas netto 2340 m2). Karakter yag diamati dan diukur yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah cabang per tanaman,  jumlah buah per tanaman (buah), bobot 100 buah (g), dan populasi tanaman per plot (tanaman), produksi tanaman/ha (kg), dan skor kerusakan daun akibat serangan Amrasca biguttula. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua karakter sangat berbeda sangat nyata pada taraf α 1% kecuali pada karakter tinggi tanaman.  Karakter jumlah cabang vegetatif, bobot 100 buah dan produksi/ha menunjukkan nilai heritabilitas yang tinggi dan KKG yang luas yaitu 60.32 dan 24.28, 94.15 dan 15.23 serta 89.26 dan 22.63. Karakter bobot 100 buah dan produksi/ha dikendalikan oleh banyak gen. Karakter bobot 100 buah diduga dapat digunakan sebagai karakter seleksi tidak langsung. Sedangkan, karakter produksi/ha diduga dapat digunakan sebagai karakter seleksi langsung populasi F1 kapas yang berproduksi dan mutu serat tinggi. This study aims to (1) determine the genetic diversity of F1 cotton (Gossypium hirsutum), (2) estimate the direct and indirect selection characters, and (3) obtain information on the action of genes controlling F1 cotton agronomic characters. This research was conducted at KP Sumberejo from January to December 2021. The materials used were 38 F1 generations and Kanesia 10 (comparison variety). A total of 38 F1 hybrids and comparison varieties were arranged in RAK and repeated twice. The plot size was 5 x 6 m (30 m2), the spacing was 100 cm x 30 cm and the tugal system was used. Each planting hole contained one plant (total net area of 2340 m2). The characters observed and measured were plant height (cm), number of branches per plant, number of fruits per plant (fruit), 100 fruit weight (g), and plant population per plot (plant), plant production/ha (kg), and leaf damage score due to Amrasca biguttula attack. The results showed that all characters were significantly different at 1% α level except for the character of plant height.  The characters of the number of vegetative branches, weight of 100 fruits and production/ha showed high heritability values and a wide GFC of 60.32 and 24.28, 94.15 and 15.23 and 89.26 and 22.63. The characters of 100 fruit weight and production/ha are controlled by many genes. The 100 fruit weight character is thought to be used as an indirect selection character. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Salukayu Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten mamuju menunjukkan bahwa setelah panen padi sawah jajar legowo 6 : 1 dijual dengan satuan perkarung dalam kilo kering, sehingga penelitian ini memperoleh pendapatan rata-rata perorang usahatani padi sawah jajar legowo 6 : 1 sebanyak Rp.11.659.828, dengan RC/Ratio sebesar 2,85. This study aims to determine the level of income of lowland rice farmers using the row-legowo 6:1 cropping system in Salukayu Village, Papalang District, Mamuju Regency. Population collection in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, namely farmers who cultivate lowland rice with the Legowo 6:1 row system, namely as many as 110 people. The sample used was 20% of the entire population, so the number of samples selected was 22. The analysis used in this research is quantitative. Pada kondisi alami   sagu tumbuh menyebar pada berbagai ekosistem yang luas. Sagu memiliki daya adaptasi yang kuat dikarenakan dapat tumbuh pada lahan bercekaman tinggi bagi tumbuhan lain. Tanaman sagu menyebar luas mulai dari Kawasan pesisir, rawa mineral, Daerah Aliran Sungai, dataran menengah hingga dataran tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik habitat berbagai aksesi sagu dan korelasinya terhadap produksi. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi lapang dan pengujian dilaboratorium dengan analisis data kadar lengas dengan metode gravimetri, volume dengan metode ring sampel, berat jenis dengan prinsip hukum Archimedes, tekstur tanah  dengan metode pipet serta analisis kimia tanah dengan pengujian di laboratorium. Koefisien korelasi menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson untuk melihat hubungan antara kualitas tanah dengan dengan produksi sagu dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Metode pengamatan hidrologi dengan mengukur tinggi muka air tanah dengan penggalian minipit dan tinggi genangan air pada daerah yang tergenang. Tipe habitat tumbuhan sagu di Tana Luwu sangat beragam ditemukan pada kondisi lahan pesisir, rawa mineral, daerah aliran sungai, dataran menengah hingga 1000 mpdl.   Rata-rata produksi terendah yaitu 181.52 kg pati kering pohon-1 terdapat pada lokasi sampel rawa pesisir dengan lama genangan 3-6 bulan dengan ketinggian 10-80 cm diatas permukaan tanah saat musim hujan dan 0-40 cm dibawah permukaan tanah saat musim kemarau. Rawa pesisir tersebut dapat dikategorikan memiliki kelas hidrologi agak baik. Aksesi sagu menyebar tidak merata pada berbagai lingkungan tumbuhnya. Sago is one of the potential food-producing plants in the future if managed properly. Under natural conditions sago grows spread over a wide range of ecosystems. Sago has strong adaptability because it can grow in high stress areas for other plants. Sago plants spread widely from coastal areas, mineral swamps, watersheds, medium to highland areas. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the habitat of various sago accessions and their correlation to production. The study used field observation methods and laboratory testing with analysis of moisture content data using the gravimetric method, volume using the sample ring method, specific gravity using the principle of Archimedes' principle, soil texture using the pipette method and soil chemical analysis using laboratory testing. The correlation coefficient used Pearson's correlation analysis to see the relationship between soil quality and sago production with a 95% level of confidence using SPSS 26 software. The hydrological observation method was by measuring the height of the groundwater by digging a minipit and the height of the puddles in the inundated areas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian giberelin acid dan PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) dari akar bambu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil dua varietas tanaman mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Petak-Petak Terbagi (RPPT) faktorial dengan 3 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama V1 (batara F1) dan V2 (varietas zatavy F1). Faktor kedua P0 (kontrol), P1 (10 ml/liter air) dan P2 (20 ml/liter air). Faktor ketiga G0 (kontrol), G1 (100 ppm) dan G2 (200 ppm), sehingga terdapat 54 satuan percobaan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, umur berbunga 50%, umur panen, jumlah buah, diameter buah, panjang buah, bobot perbuah dan bobot buah pertanaman. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi P2 (20 ml/liter air) dan G2 (200 ppm) memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap komponen-komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun. Cucumber is one of the most popular horticultural commodities by consumers and has high economic value. The use of natural ingredients such as PGPR from bamboo roots and the use of Gibberellin Acid is expected to increase the production of cucumber plants. This study aims to determine the effect of Gibberellin Acid and PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) from Bamboo Roots on the Growth and Yield of two varieties of Cucumber (Cucumis sativul L.). This study used a factorial Divided Block Design (RPPT) with 3 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was V1 (batara F1) and V2 (zatavy variety F1). The second factor was P0 (control), P1 (10 ml/liter of water) and P2 (20 ml/liter of water). The third factor is G0 (control), G1 (100 ppm) and G2 (200 ppm), so that there are 54 experimental units. The variables observed included plant height, number of leaves, 50% flowering age, harvest age, number of fruits, fruit diameter, fruit length, fruit weight and fruit weight. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance, then continued with Duncan's test. Menginteraksikan dukungan kegiatan antar sektor dan antar wilayah dalam pengembangan usaha pertanian, merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mendongkrak produktivitas tanaman padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan biourin dan penggunaan system tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas padi sawah dan (2) interaksi perlakuan antara system tanam dengan aplikasi biourine. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Donri-donri  Kecamatan Donri-donri, Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2022 sampai April 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terpisah (RPT). Petak utama adalah system tanam (S) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu S1 = Sistem Legowo 2:1; S2 = Sistem Legowo 4:1 dan S3 = Sistem Tegel. Anak Petak adalah konsentrasi biourin (P) yang terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu P1 = 15 cc.L-1; P2 = 20 cc.L-1; P3 = 25 cc.L-1; dan P4 = 30 cc.L-1. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi system tanam legowo 2:1 dan konsentrasi biourin 25 cc.L-1 merupakan perlakuan terbaik terhadap rendemen tanaman padi (64,50 %). Perlakuan sistem tanam 2:1 terbaik ditunjukkan pada perlakuan jumlah anakan (19,4 anakan.rumpun-1), jumlah malai (11,25 malai.rumpun-1) dan perlakuan konsentrasi biourine 25 cc.L-1 menunjukkan hasil terbaik untuk bobot 1000 biji (31,19 g). For almost all Indonesians, rice is a staple food. Interacting support for activities between sectors and between regions in the development of agricultural businesses is one of the efforts made to boost the productivity of rice plants. This study aims to (1) determine the effectiveness of the use of biourine and the use of cropping systems on the growth and productivity of lowland rice and (2) the interaction of treatments between the cropping system and the application of biourine. This research was conducted in Donri-donri Village, Donri-donri District, Soppeng Regency. This research was conducted from December 2022 to April 2023. This research used a Split Plot Design (RPT). The main plot is a cropping system (S) which consists of 3 levels, namely S1 = Legowo System 2:1; S2 = Legowo 4:1 system and S3 = Tegel system. Subplots were biourin concentrations (P) which consisted of 4 levels, namely P1 = 15 cc.L-1; P2 = 20 cc.L-1; P3 = 25 cc.L-1; and P4 = 30 cc.L-1. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results showed that the interaction of the legowo cropping system 2:1 and the biourin concentration of 25 cc.L-1 was the best treatment for the yield of rice plants (64.50%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko yang terdapat pada usahatani padi sawah dan mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan petani untuk mengelola risiko usahatani padi sawah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 193 petani. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling) berjumlah 36 petani dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko yang terjadi pada saat pengolahan lahan yaitu kurangnya ketersediaan alat mesin traktor, dan kurangnya ketersediaaan air irigasi. Pada saat penanaman risiko yang terjadi yaitu tanaman gagal tumbuh dan tanaman kerdil. Pada saat pemeliharaan risiko yang terjadi yaitu penyakit blast, tikus, walang sangit, dan wereng. Pada saat pemanenan risiko yang terjadi yaitu pada saat masa panen keterbatasan alat mesin panen sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam pemanenan.Upaya petani dalam pengelolaan risiko yang dihadapi sebelum terjadi, pada saat terjadi dan setelah terjadi adalah dilakukan dengan menghindari risiko tersebut dengan cara apabila terjadi tanda-tanda serangan hama dan penyakit maka petani mengatasi dengan cara menyemprotkan obat-obatan atau pestisida yang sesuai untuk mengatasi hama dan penyakit tersebut agar tidak berkelanjutan keareal lainnya yang akan mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas hasil produksi padi sawah. Rice plants are rice-producing plants that are a source of carbohydrate production for some of the world's population.This study aims to determine the risks found in paddy farming and describe the efforts made by farmers to manage the risks of paddy rice farming. The population in this study was 193 farmers.The determination of samples in this study was carried out by simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) totaling 36 farmers using a slovin formula.The data analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the risks that occur during land processing are the lack of availability of tractor machine tools, and the lack of availability of irrigation water. At the time of planting, the risks that occur are plants that fail to grow and stunted plants. At the time of maintenance the risks that occur are blast disease, rats, walang sangit, and leafhoppers. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Dauglass, dengan produksi usahatani padi untuk variabel dependen dan variabel independen adalah produksi padi, luas lahan, bibit, pupuk, tenaga kerja dan pestisida. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder (wawancara dan kuisioner) terhadap 38 responden petani padi di Desa Harapan Kecamatan Walenrang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis input produksi yang terdiri dari luas lahan, bibit, pupuk, tenaga kerja dan pestisida secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi di Desa Harapan. Sedangkan secara (parsial) bibit, pupuk, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi. Luas lahan dan pestisida tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi di Desa Harapan. Berdasarkan analisis efisiensi variabel bibit, pupuk, dan tenaga kerja tidak  efisien.    This study aims to determine the allocative efficiency analysis of production inputs on rice farming in Harapan Village, Walenrang District. This study uses the Cobb-Dauglass production function analysis method, with rice farming production for the dependent variable and the independent variables are rice production, land area, seeds, fertilizers, labor and pesticides. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data (interviews and questionnaires) on 38 rice farmer respondents in Harapan Village, Walenrang District. The results showed that the analysis of production inputs consisting of land area, seeds, fertilizers, labor and pesticides simultaneously had a significant effect on rice production in Harapan Village. While (partially) seeds, fertilizers, and labor have a significant effect on rice production. Land area and pesticides had no significant effect on rice production in Harapan Village. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani Jagung di Kelurahan Wiringpalannae Kecamatan Tempe Kabupaten Wajo. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pelaksanaannya dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Metode penentuan responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 8 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, pengamatan pribadi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berdampak nyata terhadap penghasilan petani jagung ialah umur, total tanggungan rumah tangga, dan pengeluaran alat produksi. \u0000Corn farming is one of the businesses developed by the community in Wiringpalennae Village, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This business is one of the hereditary businesses that exist in the community and becomes a subsector in supporting the increase in the income of the local community. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the income of corn farmers in Wiringpalannae Village, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This research method is a descriptive method, its implementation using quantitative data analysis techniques. The method of determining respondents was done by using purposive sampling with a total of 8 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, personal observation and questionnaires. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari September 2021 sampai Februari 2022 di Desa Palopo Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini menggunakanRancangan Acak Kelompok yang terdiri dari tanpa pemangkasan (S0), satu buah dipertahankan (S1), dua buah dipertahankan (S2), dan tiga buah dipertahankan (S3), diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Perlakuan S1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter bobot buah semangka (4,940 kg) dan lingkar buah semangka (66,175 cm).  Sedangkan perlakuan S3 memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter panjang tanaman semangka (219,750 cm) dan jumlah daun tanaman semangka (114,300 helai). \u0000The aim of the study is to determine the response of watermelon plants to various fruit pruning. This research was conducted from September 2021 to February 2022 in Palopo Village, Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency. This study used a randomized group design, which consisted of no pruning (S0), one retained (S1), two retained (S2), and three retained (S3), repeated until 4 times. The S1 treatments give the best results on the parameters of watermelon fruit weight (4.940 kg) and watermelon fruit circumference (66.175 cm). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Dudepo Kecamatan Patilanggio Kabupaten Pohuwato, selama 3 bulan yakni dimulai dari bulan November 2020 sampai dengan Januari 2021. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebesar 115 orang rumah tangga petani padi sawah dan metode penentuan sampel adalah teknik solvin dengan jumlah sampel 54 rumah tangga petani padi sawah yang diambil secara acak sederhana. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa: 1) total pendapatan rumah tangga petani padi sawah di Desa Dudepo adalah 6.877.306, pendapatan usaha tani padi sawah sebesar 75%, pendapatan selain usahatani padi  sawah sebesar 14% dan pendapatan diluar usahatani sebesar 11%. 2) pengeluaran ruamah tangga petani padi sawah tersebut sebesar 2.093.333 per bulannya dialokasikan untuk kebutuhan pangan maupun non pangan. 3) secara simultan maupun secara parsial variabel luas lahan (X1), pendapatan rumah tangga (X2), jumlah tanggungan keluarga (X3), pendidikan (X4), umur (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga petani padi  sawah di Desa Dudepo Kecamatan Patilanggio Kabupaten Pohuwato. \u0000This study aims to: 1) determine the total income of lowland rice farmers, 2) find out the total household expenditure of food and non-food rice farmers, and 3) determine the factors that influence the household expenditures. This study takes place at Dudepo Village, Patilanggio Subdistrict, Pohuwato District, and takes 3 months of research starting from November 2020 to January 2021. The population of this study amounts to 115 rice farming households and the method of determining the sample is Solvin’s formula with a total sample of 54 households rice farmers taken by using simple random. The data used are the primary data and secondary data. The data analysis employs multiple regression.
