Delivering information in transportation modes can be done through visual-based information, the On-Board Passenger Information Display. Information that is shown to the passengers can affect trust, safety, travel, and comfort, so it is very important to design an On-Board Passenger Information Display that is suitable to the user's desire. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the On-Board Passenger Information Display interface that is suitable for the user's emotional perspective. The method used is Kansei Engineering through factor analysis and association rules. Kansei Engineering is used to translate the user's feeling into design specification of the user interface. Association rules inferred the relationship of a combination of design elements and attributes with the degree of emotion. This study produced three designs from Kansei words, they were 'Futuristic', 'Simple' and 'Dynamic'. Electronic waste or waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is one of the negative impacts of technological development. Improper handling of electronic waste may cause negative impacts on the environment and human health. Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is an environmental policy approach that is oriented towards producer responsibility. However, EPR development in developing countries is still lacking, where the collection and recycling system has not been adequately addressed. On the other hand, motivation of producers from the industrial sector does not yet have enough attention to expand their product responsibilities to the post-consumption stage. This study explores the key factors that can motivate producers to fully adopt the EPR concept in the electronics industry in Indonesia. Theory of planned behavior (TPB) was adopted and developed to build models in the context of EPR. This model is formed by three main constructs: attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, and three additional constructs identified from literature review and interviews namely economic incentives, administrative incentives and logistic incentives. While most delivery package service companies implement hub-and-spoke network design to achieve economies of scale, same-day delivery services between every origin-destination pair can be ensured by designing a delivery network with tight travel time constraints. This study focuses on designing method that could answer the main decisions in hub-and-spoke network design-which are: the optimal number and locations of hubs, along with the allocations of other nodes to hubs-and to transform such hub-and-spoke network design into a routed one which fulfills both tight travel time and minimization of vehicles needed. Uncapacitated Single Allocation p-Hub Median Problem and K-Means clustering method were used to design the initial hub-and-spoke network. The directly linked network then transformed into a routed network by implementing the Local Search algorithm and an Integer Programming model. The optimal network design was chosen by considering the minimum number of vehicles needed. The method was then tested using a case study of a package delivery start-up company operating in Jakarta. Travel time data were collected between every delivery origin-destination pair. This study will adopt the transactions between the dealer and the consumer to match to a drama performance and quote actors as dealers, the audience as consumers, and the scene as physical stores and virtual access to the shopping environment. We applied purposive sampling towards consumers, who have had experiences in purchasing at chained apparel retail stores through either physical or virtual access, having collected 407 valid questionnaires in total. This study used the method of context simulation, and divided the consumers into two different sample groups based on different power influence. This study aims to reduce losses that occur due to the presence of defective products in Jelly packaging products. Six Sigma methods through DMAIC stages (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) are used to find solutions and improve product quality. Based on the calculation of defective product data, it is known that Uneven surface defects, wrinkled defects, and Pitch Unstd defects are the highest number of defects. In the measure phase, the DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) value were 32707.271 defect units with a value of 3.34 sigma. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is used to determine the potential risk of failure from a factor that gets a high value. Improvements use the 5S approach in the form of a maintenance check sheet on the Tandem Extrusion Lamination Machine and work standards of Workstation in the lamination process. After repairs, the DPMO value drops to 7272.111 defect units and the sigma value rises to 3.94 sigma. Changes in sigma values that occur amounted to 0.60. Control can be done with the inspection and checks in each process so that the number of defects can continue to decrease.
