Such communications exchange and deliver the information of the agricultural and natural resource industries to the right receivers through effective media. Storytelling in marketing is also a managerial application; it is a marketing strategy that includes the agricultural industry. While an increasing number of agricultural businesses are promoting the application of agricultural stories in marketing and facilitating increases in the consumption of agricultural products, few researchers have explicitly developed valid tools for measuring the constructs of agricultural stories. This study continued previous research on effective model of storytelling in agricultural marketing, with the aim of exploring the constructs of a good agricultural story and developing the “Agricultural Story Scale” to measure them. Thirteen items measuring three factors—authenticity, narrative, and protagonist’s distinctiveness—were confirmed to have satisfactory structural model fit. The Delphi method was taken to generalize the expert consensus of electronic record risks, which can provide the basis for archival agencies to self-check their risk factors. In addition, considering the feasibility of promoting into practical, this study implemented an empirical case study to recommend a risk classification structure. The complete mode of electronic records risk management, according on the base of case study, was including of risk identification, risk assessment and implement strategy were addressed. The result proposed 63 risk indicators for agencies to carry out electronic records risk assessment. The study applied the risk assessment checklist to conduct risk identification and assessment surveys of individual cases, most of which fell in low risk areas. According to the risk management theory, the risk management strategy of electronic records was proposed. For risk indicators with risk values between 3 and 4, it was recommended to adopt a prevention strategy, risk indicators with a risk value of 4 or higher, and adopted a prevention and mitigation strategy to deal with them. Finally, the risk management framework of electronic records was proposed. The contribution of this study was to accomplish a risk checklist and set up the practice assessment model for the archival agencies as a reference to put risk management into practice.Keywords: Risk Assessment; Archives Authenticity; Archives Integrity; Archives Accessibility; Electronic Records Management \u0000【摘要】本研究目的在於建立符合國內機關檔案情境之電子檔案風險管理作業模式。採用疊慧法(Delphi)評核電子檔案風險管理之共識項目,建立機關檔案進行電子檔案風險自我檢核的指標,接續進行個案實證研究,以驗證風險檢核表之適用性,進而提出個案機關之電子檔案風險管理策略。本研究調查結果提出63項電子檔案風險檢核指標,可供機關進行風險評估作業運用;完成個案機關風險辨識與評估作業後,呈現多數指標落於低度風險區;根據風險評估結果,對於風險值3到4的指標,提供預防策略建議,對於風險值4以上指標,提供預防及減輕策略加以因應。本研究提出之電子檔案風險管理檢核表以及實務評估作業模式,可供各機關進行電子檔案風險管理實務操作之參考。關鍵字:風險評估、檔案真實性、檔案完整性、檔案可及性、電子檔案管理","PeriodicalId":40348,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Library and Information Studies","volume":"18 1","pages":"69-96"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43253564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study is qualitative in nature, taking place in two toy libraries affiliated with public libraries which hold large-scale toy collections and have offered long-standing toy lending services. Observations and interviews were conducted to explore the caregiver-child interactions and conversations mediated by toy collections in toy libraries and their impact on the development of early literacy skills. Study participants included 76 preschool children, 62 caregivers, and 7 librarians. Findings suggest that the impact of using toy collections in the toy libraries on preschool children’s early literacy development included: print motivation, vocabulary, oral language, narrative skills, letter knowledge (including English letters and Chinese characters), and school readiness (including social skills, logical thinking, hand-eye coordination, attention and persistence, creativity, and interest exploration). Meanwhile, findings also show that toy libraries help alleviate family economic pressure and become a place for caregivers and preschool children to socialize and share learning resources.Keywords: Toy Libraries; Preschool Children; Early Literacy; Play; Qualitative Research \u0000【摘要】本研究旨從「玩」的觀點探究玩具圖書館對學齡前兒童早期素養之影響。本研究採質性研究,以玩具借用服務年資長且玩具館藏較具有規模性的兩間附屬於公共圖書館的玩具圖書館作為研究場域,研究者透過觀察法與訪談法瞭解學齡前兒童在玩具圖書館透過玩具館藏和照護者產生的互動、對話的活動情形,並從活動過程中探討其對早期素養技能發展的影響。研究對象包含76位兒童、62位照護者、7位圖書館館員。研究結果顯示學齡前兒童到訪玩具圖書館使用玩具館藏對學齡前兒童在早期素養技能的培養具有啟蒙的作用,包含:愛好書籍、詞彙、口語表達及敘述能力、字母知識(包括:英文、中文)、學前準備(包含:邏輯思考、人際關係及分享的概念、手眼協調、專注力及耐心、創造力、探索興趣)。同時,也發現玩具圖書館的存在,能夠緩解家庭經濟壓力並成為照護者與學齡前兒童社會交流與學習資源共享的場所。關鍵字:玩具圖書館、學齡前兒童、早期素養、玩、質性研究","PeriodicalId":40348,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Library and Information Studies","volume":"33 3-4","pages":"97-124"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41289745","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
