Marketing educational services is a strategy to improve the quality of education which is the most important element for the quality and progress of the level of education in an educational institution. Marketing is done so that the public knows the advantages and programs owned by the madrasa. Customer satisfaction with educational institutions is identical to customer satisfaction regarding the services provided. This type of research is library research with a qualitative approach. The research process is descriptive analysis, namely by collecting data, compiling, clarifying, and analyzing. Marketing activities can be carried out with various channels or several media, with the hope that there will be three stages of change, namely: changes in knowledge, changes in attitudes, and changes in desired actions. Educational institutions must be able to create community-oriented educational service programs that adapt to the needs of madrasas. Educational institutions must strive to create a positive image in the eyes of the community so that people can make decisions for their sons and daughters to choose the madrasa. Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Pemasaran Pendidikan pada Lembaga Pendidikan IslamKeterlambatan dalam menyajikan informasi pemasaran pendidikan akan menyebabkan informasi tidak sampai kepada pelanggan dengan cepat dan tepat. Pemasaran jasa pendidikan merupakan strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang merupakan elemen terpenting bagi kualitas serta kemajuan taraf pendidikan pada suatu lembaga pendidikan. Pemasaran dilakukan agar masyarakat mengetahui keunggulan dan program-program yang dimiliki oleh madrasah. Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap lembaga pendidikan identik dengan kepuasan pelanggan mengenai pelayanan yang diberikan. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pada proses penelitiannya bersifat analisis deskriptif, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menyusun, mengklarifikasikan, dan menganalisis. Kegiatan pemasaran dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai saluran atau sejumlah media, dengan harapan terjadinya tiga tahapan perubahan, yaitu: perubahan pengetahuan, perubahan sikap dan perubahan tindakan yang dikehendaki. lembaga pendidikan harus dapat membuat program-program layanan pendidikan yang berorientasi kepada masyarakat yang menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan madrasah. Stress can be experienced by everyone regardless of socio-economic background. If stress causes a person to suffer from both physical and mental disorders, such as nausea, diarrhea, anxiety, decreased memory, and fatigue, then this includes negative stress termed distress. Stress that causes an increase in achievement motivation and performance, resulting in innovation and creativity, is called positive stress named eustress. The stress that requires management is the one that has a negative impact (distress) for those who experience it so that it is not prolonged and has a more serious impact. Various approaches and strategies are offered by experts to manage stress such as physiological, psychological and religious approaches. This study offers two approaches in managing stress, namely: (1) Islamic approach through remembrance, prayer, reading the Qur'an, and (2) psychological approach, namely time management, relaxation, meditation. These approaches have been empirically tested and proven effective in reducing stress experienced by individuals or groups. Abstrak: Pengelolaan Stress Dengan Pendekatan Islami dan Psikologi Artikel ini membahas tentang pengelolaan stres dengan pendekatan islami dan psikologis. Stres dapat dialami oleh setiap orang tanpa mengenal latar belakang sosial-ekonomi. Apabila stres itu menyebabkan seseorang menderita gangguan fisik maupun mental, seperti mual, diare, cemas, daya ingat menurun, dan kelelahan, hal tersebut termasuk stres negatif ( negative stress ) yang diistilahkan dengan distress . Stres yang menyebabkan peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja, menghasilkan karya inovasi dan kreativitas, disebut stres positif ( positive stress ) yang diistilahkan dengan eustress . Adapun stres yang membutuhkan pengelolaan adalah stres yang memberi dampak negatif ( distress ) bagi yang mengalaminya agar tidak berkepanjangan dan berdampak lebih serius. Berbagai pendekatan dan strategi yang ditawarkan para ahli untuk mengelola stres, seperti pendekatan fisiologis, pendekatan psikologis, dan pendekatan religius. Kajian ini menawarkan dua pendekatan dalam mengelola stres, yaitu: (1) pendekatan Islami melalui zikir, do’a, membaca al-Qur’an; dan (2) pendekatan psikologis, yaitu manajemen waktu, relaksasi, meditasi. This research is a qualitative descriptive using a pedagogical and socio-cultural approach with data triangulation methods. The primary data consisted of the Head of Madrasah, teachers of a l-Qur'an Hadith studies, and deputy head of madrasah for curriculum, public relations, student affairs, and facilities and infrastructure. Secondary data is in the form of documentation from teachers of a l-Qur'an Hadith, educational staff, books, journals, and other supporting data. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this research show that teachers of a l-Qur'an Hadith have the competence of pedagogy in implementing the 2013 curriculum, but in its implementation, there are still deficiencies especially in terms of making learning tools, which is not optimal, because there are still teachers who copy and paste the learning tools from the internet as well as in terms of the limitations of teachers of al-Qur'an Hadith in the use of learning media so that they cannot be utilized by the students. This research is expected to create synergy between government programs with all parties involved in implementing the a l-Quran Hadith curriculum, especially at the Madrasah level in Makassar to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers of a l-Qur'an Hadith and become solutions as well as the motivation of students in improving the quality of learning so that students can actualize the materials learned in everyday life to achieve the goals of Islamic Education. Sumber datanya primer dan sekunder. Data primer berupa informan kepala madrasah, guru bidang studi al-Qur’an Hadis dan wakil kepala madrasah bagian kurikulum, humas, kesiswaan, dan sarana dan prasarana. Data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dari guru bidang studi al-Qur’an Hadis, tenaga kependidikan, buku, jurnal, dan data pendukung lainnya. The story of the prophet Musa dominates the love-stories in the al-Qur’an, shows the features of the life journey of a Moses and becomes an inspiration and consolation for anyone in living the wheel of life. Among the characteristics of his leadership are that: he has a strong determination and a strong sense of optimism in facing challenges; he has excellent physical strength to support all his activities as a leader and apostle of Allah to his people, the Children of Israel; having a big heart and receiving input and views from others is one of the characters shown by the prophet Musa; the prophet Moses showed social care and a willingness to help others; establish communication with anyone so that the vision and mission can be achieved; and the prophet Musa always improves spiritual and intellectual intelligence. Kisah Nabi Musa mendominasi kisah-kisah cinta dalam al-Qur'an, memperlihatkan ciri-ciri perjalanan hidup seorang Nabi Musa dan menjadi inspirasi dan penghibur bagi siapa saja dalam menjalani roda kehidupan. The research was conducted at UIN Alauddin Makassar with a sample of 79 students. The data collection technique in this study uses a survey using a google form in order to reach students and uses a Likert scale in filling out the survey. The data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then interpret the data presentation scores and analyze each indicator in depth. The results of this study indicate that the enthusiasm for learning of UIN Alauddin Makassar students is \"very good\", this is obtained from a survey of 87.5 percent. The results of this study can be used as one of the evaluation materials and the development of students in the Government and Educational Institutions in general and universities in particular which of course carry out online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Abstrak: Semangat Belajar Mahasiswa Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara rinci bagaimana kondisi objektif semangat belajar mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan di UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan sampel penelitian adalah 79 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Survei dengan menggunakan google form agar dapat menjangkau mahasiswa dan menggunakan skala Likert dalam pengisian survei. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menghitung persentase data dari setiap indikator, kemudian menginterpretasikan skor penyajian data dan menganalisis setiap indikator secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semangat belajar mahasiswa UIN Alauddin Makassar “sangat baik”, hal ini diperoleh dari Survei sebesar 87,5 persen. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Form to 304 teachers as a sample of all 1259 Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Makassar City. Distribution of questionnaires was carried out in April 2021. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) professional responsibility has a positive and significant direct effect on the effectiveness of teacher performance; (2) Commitment to teaching has a positive and significant direct effect on the effectiveness of teacher performance; (3) Motivation has a positive and significant direct effect on the effectiveness of teacher performance; (4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on the effectiveness of teacher performance; (5) Professional responsibility, teaching commitment, motivation and job satisfaction together have a significant influence on the effectiveness of teacher performance. The research results can be used as input for school principals and policy makers in an effort to improve teacher performance by paying attention to, shaping and increasing professional responsibility, teaching commitment, motivation and job satisfaction of teachers, especially teachers. Abstrak: Pengaruh Tanggung Jawab Profesi, Komitmen Mengajar , Motivasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Guru Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kinerja guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kota Makassar berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu; tanggung jawab profesi, komitmen mengajar, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran angket dalam bentuk Google Form kepada 304 orang guru sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kota Makassar sebanyak 1.259 orang. Penyebaran angket dilakukan pada April 2021. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. This study aims to determine how the application of management information systems in supporting the administrative service activities of students at SMA Islam Az-Zahrah. This research uses field research methodology (field research) with data collection techniques in the form of data triangulation by collecting data in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain the validity of the data obtained with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that (1) information systems management can help the process of administering students in Az Zahrah Islamic High School which is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as qualified human resources (2) the supporting factors for the management information system in supporting student administrative services are very adequate school facilities, while the inhibiting factor is the down cycle and Database Maintenance (system update) during the data collection process. The implication of this research is that education personnel are expected to always update the latest information on the school's official Wabside. Because after being reviewed, so far there are still many students who do not know about the existence of an official school wabside a nd schools should provide a special room for school administrative management, in order to improve the performance of school operators. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendukung aktivitas pelayanan administrasi peserta didik yang ada di SMA Islam Az-Zahrah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian field reseacrh (penelitian lapangan) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa trianggulasi data dengan cara pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data yang diperoleh dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. The survey method is used to gather the views of junior high school teachers in Serang Regency. Seventy-nine teachers who had taught at the junior high school level, consisting of 37 male teachers and 42 female teachers were asked questions via Google Form. The results showed the use of Whatsapp Group is more dominant than other online media because its use is more familiar and accessible to students. In general, teacher’s views on online learning are moderate, although there are some items that indicate a high category. Further discussions regarding online learning are presented at the end and some of the advantages of online learning are discussed in depth. Abstrak: Pandangan para Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama terhadap Pembelajaran Daring Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pandangan para guru sekolah menengah pertama terhadap pembelajaran daring. Metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan pandangan para guru sekolah menengah pertama di Kabupaten Serang. Tujuh puluh sembilan guru yang telah mengajar di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama, terdiri atas 37 guru laki-laki dan 42 guru perempuan diberikan pertanyaan melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan Whatsapp Group lebih dominan daripada media daring yang lainnya karena penggunaannya lebih familiar dan mudah dijangkau peserta didik. Secara umum, pandangan guru terhadap pembelajaran daring berkategori sedang, meski ada beberapa item yang menunjukkan kategori tinggi. The data collected from essential Islamic sources, the Qur'an, and the literature study approach as a model. It found that first, the wrong view of the supervisor's profession makes the supervisor's attitude less responsible. Second, there is a lack of understanding of the importance of the supervisor's role in education. For this reason, the supervisor must be able to understand the message of the Al-Qur'an. Thus, the teachings of the Koran are a better solution for the guide. A mentor Al-Qur'an will make him a role model in the world of education. For this reason, misperceptions about the supervisor's profession must correct based on the supervisor's concept as stated in the Al-Qur'an. This paper suggests that to improve the quality of a supervisor, he must refer to stated in the Qur'an regarding supervisors. Abstrak: Konsep Pengawas dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an: Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Pengawas Pendidikan di Lingkungan Kementerian Agama Tulisan ini ingin menunjukkan bahwa pengawas adalah profesi tertinggi dari guru dan harus dijalankan sesuai dengan sikap yang digariskan oleh Al-Qur'an. Data penulisan ini dikumpulkan dari sumber dasar Islam, Al-Qur'an, dan pendapat ahli tafsir terkait dengan konsep pengawas dengan studi pustaka sebagai model pendekatan. Ditemukan bahwa pertama, pandangan keliru terkait profesi pengawas telah mereduksi sikap pengawas menjadi kurang bertanggungjawab. Kedua, ketidakpahaman akan pentingnya peran pengawas dalam pendidikan. Untuk itu, Pengawas harus mampu memahami pesan Al-Qur'an. Dengan demikian, ajaran Al-Qur'an menjadi solusi bagi para pengawas untuk lebih baik. Bahkan, dengan Al-Qur'an, pengawas akan menjadikan dirinya teladan di dunia pendidikan. Untuk itu, salah persepsi akan profesi pengawas harus diluruskan didasarkan pada konsep pengawas yang digariskan oleh Al-Qur'an. The type of research used is correlational research with a positivistic-quantitative methodological approach with sociological and psychological studies. The population in this study were 77 teachers. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents and analyzed using product moment correlation analysis. The results sho wed that: (1) There is a positive correlation between the innovation ability of madrasah principals with the welfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency; (2) There is a positive correlation between the ability to work hard at Madrasah principals with the welfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency; (3) There is a positive correlation between the ability of madrasah principals to provide motivation with the welfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency.
