This paper focuses on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling element bearing in order to detect the failure ahead of time and estimate the fault location accurately when failure occurs. Wavelet energy entropy is introduced into the field of mechanical condition monitoring and SOM network is used in fault diagnosis of rolling element bearing. In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, a bearing accelerated life test is performed on the accelerated bearing life tester(ABLT-1A). The occurrence probability of the basic event is accurate in traditional fault tree (FT). Owe to the lack of the reliability data, especially in early design stage; a large amount of uncertainties may be included in FTA. In this study, the Dempster-Shafer (D-S) evidence theory is employed to quantify the uncertainty of the FTA and to aggregate the different evaluation information of multiple experts on the occurrence probability of basic event. The evidential network (EN) is used to propagate the uncertainty in FTA. It ignores the battlefield environment. And the training task is selected randomly. The efficient of this training system is poor. Especially, it doesn't suit to the emergency training for BDAR. A new method based on CBR for BDAR training task generating is proposed. The frame technology is used on the BDAR case representation. It analysis the characteristic factor which effecting calculating of the similarity between attributes and cases. Both trainee's ability vector and case's ability vector are used in the similarity's solving, and a reverse mapping translation is promoted between two vector's evaluating linguistics. A retrieval strategy which consists of three steps is presented. As the package needs to be hermetically sealed to protect the device from outside environmental effects, the local stress concentration would eventually cause cracks in the solder and influence the hermeticity. In this study, we present the thermo-mechanical analysis of the AuSn90 solder with low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) package using Comsol Multiphysics. Thermal residual stress distribution in the solder after the reflow soldering process was simulated. So far, reliability-based methods are studied separately from two aspects: system topology design and structural components design. Actually, system topology and structural components should be designed at the same time when facing a system design problem. In this paper, in order to reflect the dynamic interaction between system topology and structural components, a reliability-based design framework integrating system topology and structural components is proposed. The proposed framework would be widely applicable for more and more complicated systems with higher reliability requirements.
