This study concerns with the performance of RVM and SVM for regression and classification problem. Because RVM is based on Bayesian framework, a priori knowledge of the penalty term is introduced, the RVM needless relevance vectors (RVs) (support vectors (SVs) in SVM) but better generalization ability than SVM. In this paper, Sparse Bayesian learning (SBL) is firstly introduced and then RVM regression and classification models which based on SBL are introduced secondly, and then by inference the parameters, the RVM learning is transform into maximize the marginal likelihood function estimation, and give three kinds of commonly used estimation methods. Finally, we do some simulation experiments to show that the RVM has less RVs or SVs but better generalization ability than SVM whether regression or classification case, and also show that different kernel functions will impact the performance of RVM. However, there does not exist the performance of a kernel function is much better than other kernel functions.","PeriodicalId":398100,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE Advanced Information Technology, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IAEAC)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132364519","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this design, current feedback is achieved in a modified fully differential folded cascode amplifier to isolate the input signal from the feedback connection and thus increase the input impedance of the preamplifier. Common mode feedback circuits and ponderous capacitors are eliminated by using this structure. A band-pass filter with configurable low-frequency roll-off is connected to the preamplifier to further condition the signal. The whole design achieves the merits of high impedance, compact, low power and low noise. Simulation results are provided in this paper.","PeriodicalId":398100,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE Advanced Information Technology, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IAEAC)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128343353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Delay-dependent conditions for the existence of the guaranteed cost controller are developed by introducing two zero formulas and some free weighting matrices in the forward difference of Lyapunov functional. The mathematical development avoids the model transformation and the bounding cross-terms which often lead to the conservatism of the criterion. As the conditions are not expressed in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities form, an iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the non-convex feasibility problem. Thus, desired guaranteed cost controller can be constructed. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":398100,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE Advanced Information Technology, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IAEAC)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134464751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The repetitive control technique based on the internal model principle, can achieve low steady-state tracking error and total harmonic distortion (THD) in AC systems, so it is widely adopted in the inverter systems. However in the practical applications, there are still some issues needs solving when using the repetitive control technique. To suppress the current distortion, a control strategy of fundamental current and harmonics controlled separately is adopted.
