First, a sufficient condition is given to ensure the stability of systems based on fractional order Lyapunov functions. Then, a theorem is given to verify the stability of fractional order switched systems by using the fractional order Lyapunov functions and minimum dwell time technique. Generally speaking, services which have the largest value of overall performance will be selected. However, if the top-two services have the same or approximate overall performance, but values of the QoS indicators of the service with higher overall performance are seriously unbalanced (i.e., variance of the values of the QoS indicators are larger), thus choosing the service with larger overall performance means choosing the service with more serious defects in some indicators. Therefore, the degree of balance of evaluation indicators must be considered into the final service selection. An overall performance and rule-judge based service selection algorithm (ORSSA) is proposed. Relative variance is proposed here to measure the degree of balance for candidate service/schema indicators. A simulation experiment is given, which proves the ORSSA algorithm is effective and sensitive to the variation of weights. With the method of characteristics, values of the solution at selected sampling nodes are obtained by backward tracking along the characteristics. By taking Shannon wavelets as basis functions citing their properties of accuracy in approximation and convenience in construction, the solution is reconstructed by its truncated cardinal serial. From the view of engineering applications, technology program of accelerometer temperature compensation was designed based on the emperature model. The application of the models by experiments shows that the measure accuracy of the accelerometer output is improved at least an order of magnitude. Consequently, it is proved that the method for temperature compensation achieves good compensation results. Combine KNN and Naive Bayesian to build a basic classifier on account of three character subsets over category of word character. And then take weighted calculation of basic classifier. For the last step, calculate the weight of basic classifier via gradient descend and reach final result of categorization. During experiment, choose recall ratio, precision ratio as well as other evaluation function to analyze and evaluate KNN, Naive Bayesian and text categorization. This paper aims to propose a vehicular cyber physical system and its logical framework for crash risk identification and warning system based on vehicular on-board devices. Wireless communication devices connecting subject vehicle to approaching vehicles (V2V) and vehicles to roadside equipment (V2I), are applied to comprehensively track the motion status of the moving vehicles and road target (approaching vehicles, obstacles and pedestrians). Then, the motion state of road vehicles and obstacles under surveillance is short-term predicted with regards to the Kalman Filter (KF), and the crossed vehicle trajectory will be detected half a second early. Furthermore, vehicular distance are predicted and compared with the estimated safe threshold, and the traffic crash risk can be evaluated. Wind power ramp forecasting can predict power ramp event in advance, it can provide power ramp data for power ramp control strategy. Based on the existing finite control strategy for wind power ramp, a finite control strategy basing on optimization online is proposed. Reasonable weight factors can adjust the objective function, power reference curve can be made by quadratic programming algorithm. This paper analyzes 802.1x protocol, EAP protocol and RADIUS protocol, and constructs AAA which is based on 802.1x authentication at the end. Using software the messages of the whole authentication process have been captured. According to AAA mechanism it analyzes EAP messages and RADIUS messages detailedly.
