Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Volgograd branch of the Russian Philosophical Society. The participants of the conference focused their attention on the fact that cinema inevitably reflects the nature of normativity because, in accordance with the traditions of European dramaturgy, the storyline is based on the event of disorder, and the conflict structure requires that the figure of the violator is opposed by the antagonist, that is, the follower and defender of the social norm. At the same time, cinetext can reflect both the author's ideas and purely typical notions of law prevailing in culture. At the same time, the cinema, among other things, can be used as an experimental ground for working out a new way of social action. In addition to the philosophical approach proper, interdisciplinary approaches to the problems in question were presented: legal, historical, sociological, and theological. In the framework of the thematic sessions and plenary lectures of the conference, various aspects of philosophical comprehension of cinema in general and the idea of normativity as its substantial leitmotif were discussed, including genre specificity (crime films, horror, serials); the works of certain masters (A. Tarkovsky, F. Fellini, M. Scorsese, W. Anderson, M. Zakharov, E. Ryazanov, G. Daneliya, etc.); national codes of film cultures; reflection of historical events, including traumatic ones, and their processing by means of film language; representation of religious symbols and meanings in cinema; normative modes of perception of a film production. Thus, we have seen that cinema, as a fractal way of seeing modern culture, is an exceptionally rich and grateful material for philosophical thinking.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126889726","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the article is to analyse the situation of using digital ways to take health care among elderly residents of the Russian city. We would like to reconstruct their views of the new practices, using qualitative sociological methodology. A telephone survey of 861 residents of St Petersburg was conducted in August 2021 using a quota sample to assess the extent to which digital technology has been integrated into health practices. 90 semi-structured interviews were conducted (14 interviews with the 60+ age group) between October 2020 and April 2021. The interviews served as one source of explanation for the trends found in the survey. Data from the telephone survey gave an insight into how much the elderly \"60+\" differ in their practices from other age groups. There was also an analysis of differences in the way in which the elderly group cared for their health. It turns out that there is a sharp decline in digital activity at age 65+. Members of the 60+ group are less likely to use practices such as remote communication with a doctor, digital self-tracking, taking care of emotional well-being, visiting specialised online communities, watching bloggers' posts about health, participating in marathons and games. What these ways of caring for health have in common is the parameter of 'novelty'. However, the problem is not only the inability of older people to adopt new practices quickly. According to the interviews, one of the reasons why the 60+ age group is less engaged in digital health practices is their perception of what is useful and rational.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123084337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors note that the assessment of the quality of social services in social work requires uniform criteria for both traditional and electronic services: accessibility, priority, timeliness of provision, appropriate documentation of the service. The paper indicates that the foreign and domestic experience of digitalization of social services differs in the following positions: the Internet infrastructure of Russia requires technical development, the activities of which are laid down in the \"Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017–2030\" and will be implemented over time; in Russia, the entire process of providing digital social services is concentrated in the hands of the state, while the European experience shows the effectiveness of attracting private companies. At the same time, the domestic portal of public services is dynamically developing in terms of expanding the list of services provided by spheres, life situations and departments. To solve the practical problems of the study, the authors used a set of general scientific methods: systematic, statistical and comparative analyses; expert interviews and pilot questionnaire survey. In the article, the authors consider the practice of the Volgograd region, where over the past few years the planned indicators of the federal program \"Digital Economy of the Russian Federation\" have been achieved, but in practice there are still a number of problems hindering the introduction of digital services in the region: an Internet network requires development in remote areas of the region, low computer literacy persists, especially among older age groups, which mainly constitute the category of those persons who prefer to personally apply for an appointment with social authorities, some services can still be obtained only at a personal reception, the introduction of a Unified state information base of social security is progressing slowly, which reduces the efficiency of document management in the system of digital provision of social services to citizens.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125107063","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors use the phenomenological approach as the most heuristic in the conditions of social transformation, allowing to consider the object in a naturally formed context, to apply methods and techniques corresponding to research intentions. The work is based on the comparison of the concept of \"cultural status\" with the concept of \"social status\", widely used in sociological science. The conceptual provisions of P. Bourdieu's sociological theory, as well as the guiding theses of the activity approach in the study of culture, allowed the authors to conclude that social status reflects a person's place in the social hierarchy, position in the space of social relations, and cultural includes a much wider range of parameters rooted in people's daily lives, diverse experience of connections and relationships, gaining value value; cultural status characterizes the position of its bearer in the space-time continuum and the context of values, norms, relationships, the ontological position of the subject of cultural creativity, determined by the measure of activity to create a cultural order, which correlates with the social and carries a life-creating potential. The authors identify the components that influence the formation of cultural status: spatial and temporal parameters, the specifics of values, the role of the subject. The emphasis on the active, active beginning of the subject of cultural creativity, whose status position presupposes choice, decision and responsibility, allows for a productive search for mechanisms to optimize the life of a person and society in a risky world. The novelty of the study consists in clarifying the semantic the structure of the concept of \"cultural status,\" the study of discursive fields that influence its formation in the conditions of modern social dynamics. The phenomenological approach allows us to master the discursive space in movement from life to rational, capable of becoming a reliable tool in the formation of sociocultural space as an integrity necessary for the harmonious existence of man and society.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124347719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main structural elements of the conference were events that included the analytics of feature films (including author's movie). The formal integrity of the event did not exclude the substantial unity provided by the permanent focus on anthropological issues and, above all, human subjectivity. The latter, in various historical epochs, faces heterogeneous challenges, including existential ones – borderline situations, critical social circumstances, life path uncertainty, progressive technical and technological innovationism and the threat of de-anthropologization. All the cinematographic works presented in a specific manner represented the variations of responses to these challenges. The philosophical and anthropological optics of analysis made it possible to keep the main task of carrying out a philosophical dialogue in focus. The issue of subjectivity and the challenges that call it into question is optimally illustrated in the situation of modernity by means of visual and audiovisual content, which actually includes all the patterns that are significant for today's person – visibility, brevity, stimulation of affects, etc. The philosophical approach allows expanding the thesaurus of art practitioners beyond through the integration of cinematography, which can exist not only in the traditional locus of an independent direction of art, but also as a determinant for the implementation of philosophizing, a step for further development of conceptual ideas and the collaboration with the world philosophical culture.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"34 50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116215446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Baudrillard. Beginning with Aristotle, the concept of energy refers to being in its statics and becoming. The ancient and medieval theories of energy are developed within the framework of the essentialist approach. According to this approach, the world is a system of emerging, developing and collapsing things. Energy is movement. This ontological approach to the study of the problem of energization of developmental processes in modern times has practically disappeared from the writings of philosophers. It has been replaced by physicalist energyism. Energy is the potential for things to move. In the 20th century, the issue of energy is again updated in all its aspects. The French philosopher J. Baudrillard considers such a source of energy, which he calls the \"principle of Evil.\" This is the principle of destruction, destruction, which keeps systems alive. Baudrillard describes the mechanism for generating energy, which he calls the energy of the \"damned side of things\": inside the system there are asystem elements that resist centripetal forces, giving life to centrifugal forces. The cursed side of a thing releases energy for the construction of new elements of the system, but this energy is produced by those processes that are condemned by society. The French philosopher comes to the conclusion that various types of destruction are necessary for systems to survive. The destruction of a part of the system allows it to develop immunity, teaches the system more complex behavior when adapting to the environment. According to the philosopher, systems oriented towards stability as a heavenly artificial state, paradoxically turn into an \"artificial hell\" and tend to death.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132424223","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author considers the concept of \"wanderer\" as one of the fundamental concepts in world and especially Russian culture, emphasizing its polysemantic and heterogeneous nature, and also points to its special value as a visible embodiment of the Orthodox understanding of God, man and the world, permeated with the spirit of hesychasm. At the same time, the author confines himself to the consideration in his article of mainly folk religious forms of Russian pilgrimage, which were widely developed and spread in the 19th century. The central place in the study is devoted to the consideration of the richest material of the book \"Wandering Russia for Christ's Sake\" by the researcher of folk religious life of the second half of the 19th century S.V. Maksimov, in which the features of life, image, language of the most diverse forms of Russian religious wandering are collected and preserved for us. The article shows wandering as a kind of worldly obedience, self-denial and humility associated with the test of the roads and the possible transformation on them. The main types of wandering, their features are analyzed in detail: from religiously motivated to vagabond, parasitizing on a pious attitude towards pilgrims. On the one hand, the article demonstrates the connection between the phenomenon of Russian Orthodox wandering and the phenomenon of religious pilgrimage as such, but, on the other hand, the specifics of wandering, its differences from similar forms of religious piety, are clarified. The author refers to the essay \"Candid Stories of a Pilgrim to his Spiritual Father\" to show the influence of hesychasm on the formation of the idea of wandering in its highest and most perfect religious form, as a fundamental Orthodox value worthy of being presented and recognized as a separate form of holiness. The article contains numerous examples of wandering, individual characteristics of the most famous representatives of this movement.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128465733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the absence of a universal theory and methods of analyzing historical cinema, an attempt is being made to consider films based on the assumption that they broadcast the mythologeme \"USSR – The West\". The current political situation is taken into account, characterized by the interest of the Russian state in the production of historical and patriotic motion pictures popular with the viewer, as well as the acute phase of confrontation between the Russian Federation and Western countries. The essence of historical films claiming to be connected with the modern context and going beyond the usual perception in the conditions of digital media communication is also taken into account. Using the example of the development of the \"USSR – The West\" mythologeme in feature films, the evolution of the \"Us – Them\" myth is shown and the approval of such a normative order in which Soviet sports victories acquire an epic scale and legendary dimension, and the actions of Soviet citizens are predictable, inscribed in the logic of rational, correct behavior. The actions of representatives of the Western world are associated with ambiguous, often caricatured images referring to heterogeneous socio-cultural phenomena. It is noted that an important factor in the success of films is what generation the audience belongs to, what forms of nostalgia they experience: this is both a restorative nostalgia, which allows us to recall the grandiose sports victories that the entire Soviet people were involved in, and a reflective nostalgia that focuses on details and contexts. After watching movies, the viewer begins to live as if in two realities. In one – cinematographic – the victories of Soviet athletes and almost fair play; in the other – objective – violations of international law and campaigns to discredit Russian athletes as heirs of Soviet winning traditions.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126033548","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The scrutiny seeks to go beyond the limits of textual analysis and focuses on the detection of the very necessity to invent the concept of energy. This problem is considered in the context of the relationships between immediacy as the peculiarity of the initial state of community and mediation as the feature of more complex social frameworks that implies the rise of symbolic exchange. It is noted that just the passage from the immediacy of tradition to the mediating structures of society favored the inculcation of the concept of logos that, as opposed to the immediacy of myth, resulted in the differentiation between the signified and signifier and thus between the essence and appearance. Moreover, the complication of the structure of homogenizing symbolic exchange widens the gap between the essence and the appearance till the latter proves to be autonomous. The essence acquires the traits of transcendence and thereby inaccessibility which in philosophy and theology is described by means of the term \"apophaticism\". Aristotle, having blamed in particular the unlimited making money in trade turnover, could not but notice the first signs of the sharply widening gap between appearance and essence. Accordingly, Aristotelian concept of energy as an \"actualization\" or \"existence in actuality\", implying the determination by some final cause, inherently laid claim to prevent the involvement of things in the complex structures of symbolic exchange and thereby retain their singularity. However, in the final analysis, the vicissitudes of Aristotle's concept of energy boiled down to the repudiation of the concept of the final cause and the transformation of \"energy\" into an \"accumulated work\" and the \"capability to do work\".","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122763919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
