To achieve the goal, interpretations of the concept of non-profit organizations (NPOs) were generalized and systematized, the main characteristics of their activities were identified, statistical indicators were studied, which made it possible to determine the essence and significance of the functioning of these organizations from the standpoint of public utility. Society is in demand for social benefits that are aimed at meeting the market needs of people. This study is an attempt to answer the question, how can the social benefits demanded by society be realized in modern conditions? This determines the relevance of the scientific article. The research uses the following methods: analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific provisions in the field of functioning and development of non-profit organizations; comparison of the main normative legal acts in the field of the right field of activity of these organizations; analysis of a sample of statistical data revealing the dynamics of indicators of non-profit organizations in quantitative and qualitative aspects. The theoretical contribution of the study is to determine the essence of the activities of socially-oriented non-profit organizations, their structure based on classification by type of activity, justification of the legal field of their activities. From a practical point of view, the contribution of socially-oriented non-profit organizations to the socio-economic development of the country is determined based on the analysis of statistical data. The analysis of indicators of functioning of socially-oriented non-profit organizations in the field of vocational education is carried out. The demand for educational services of various types of NGOs was noted, which has increased many times by 2021. There is a tendency to decrease the number of students enrolled in higher education programs, a significant increase in the number of students enrolled in secondary special education programs, as well as an increase in the number of private organizations of vocational education. The article concludes that SO NPOs operating in the field of vocational education form and develop the human resources potential of the regional economy, influence the situation on the regional labor market, minimize the risks of unemployment and social isolation of people due to low qualifications.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114690526","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two areas of manifestation of social practices were the focus of the authors' research: the daily life of students and the learning process. The article provides an overview of the works of foreign and domestic authors who have made a significant contribution to the study of the transformation of social practices of using mobile phones in everyday life. The methodological basis of the article is the theory of media as a continuation of M. McLuhan's man, which is supplemented by the constructivist theories of I. Hoffman, P. Berger, T. Lukman, which made it possible to trace the transformation of social practices of using mobile phones. Social practices are daily actions and routine actions that do not require explanation, performed in a familiar way in everyday life. The research method was the focus group (N=32), the informants were students of Volgograd State University; the time of the study: December 2021 – March 2022. The study allowed us to conclude: the first mobile phones performed the function of movement control, were used as toys, initiating individual and group gaming practices. The presence/ absence of a modern game or a phone model made it possible to use power resources, move through the steps of the social hierarchy in the school team. Currently, students use mobile phones for oral communication, but visual and written communication practices are no less popular. The usual social practice using a smartphone is listening to music, communicating on social networks and messengers, sending messages, watching videos. Modern mobile phone applications allow you to turn it into a professional earning tool, facilitate everyday life, accompany the learning process. A modern mobile phone has become a \"part of a person\", to forget it is to lose touch with the world. The presence of a smartphone is perceived as a necessity for everyday life, leisure, work and education. A special style of communication has developed among students, unthinkable without the use of modern telecommunication means, namely a smartphone.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129987872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After the collapse of the USSR, the territorial distribution of migration processes in the western part of Russia contributes to the aggravation of the demographic situation in the Volga regions. The presented work is the first stage of the study of migration processes in large cities of the Volga Federal District, which provides for the study of factors that form trends in modern migration processes in the Volga region. Based on the materials of official statistics for the period 2000–2019, the coefficients of migration loss and population growth, as well as the migration attractiveness of the region, are derived. Additionally, the article provides a comparative and causal analysis of the following indicators characterizing the comfort level of residents of large cities in the region: the level of wages, the unemployment rate (as a percentage), the number of hospitals and polyclinic medical institutions per 10,000 population, the average area of residential premises per 1 inhabitant (sq.m. m), the number of operating enterprises and organizations per 10,000 population, the turnover of retail services per person (in actual prices, rubles), coverage of the preschool-age population by educational institutions (as a percentage), as well as the ratio of the monthly average salary of a resident of the region to the cost of 1 sq. m. in the primary and secondary housing market (typical premises). Based on the results of the analysis of these indicators, as well as the study of the dynamics of changes in the rates of migration loss/population growth in the regions under consideration, patterns have been identified that allow us to identify factors influencing migration processes in the Volga region. The projection of these factors on ongoing federal projects allows us to assess the possibility of managing these processes.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"05 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129485933","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Preserving the health of the population of Russia and its regions is one of the most significant state tasks today.The changes associated with the spread of the new COVID-19 coronavirus infection in the world and in our country have affected all processes (economic, political and socio-cultural) without exception. In the changed conditions, the population is forced to revise their scenarios and strategies of behavior and adapt to new living conditions. The purpose of the article is to identify and describe the most common types of selfpreservation behavior of the population in a pandemic and a number of restrictions associated with the spread of a new infection for subsequent use of empirical research data in the practice of social management in the Ulyanovsk region. The work of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of health, self-preservation behavior is analyzed. The results of the author's sociological study \"Health and self-preservation behavior of residents of the Ulyanovsk region in a pandemic\", carried out in July-August 2021 with the financial support of the Ulyanovsk Public Foundation \"Regional Analytics. Professional research. Ratings\" (RAPIER).The empirical basis of the study was the data of the territorial body of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Ulyanovsk region and the results of author's sociological surveys: a mass questionnaire survey among residents of Ulyanovsk and the region and focused interviews in groups. The IBM SPSS Statistics program was used to analyze empirical data. To construct specific types of behavior, the \"decision tree\" method was used, which allowed us to identify eight variants of self-preserving behavior. Seven types of self-preservation behavior have been identified among the population of the Ulyanovsk region out of eight possible variants. Among them, the most numerous and small types of behavior are highlighted. Regional peculiarities of the spread of these types of behavior in the Ulyanovsk region are presented. It is noted that in modern conditions, most residents of the Ulyanovsk region single out health as their main value.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127022964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Neretina","doi":"10.15688/lp.jvolsu.2022.3.4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15688/lp.jvolsu.2022.3.4","url":null,"abstract":"The Middle Ages staged a grand experiment, showing in Revelation the clash of creative principles: divine and human, respectively real and actual. The given and the proclamation of the world generated а question of how to think inside this given. There has never been such a challenge before. A special logic of turning (tropology) was needed, which was able to recognize the actual world as a phenomenon of the hidden world, but communicated a powerful energy of searching for connections with it, possible through analogies, symbols, allegories. The release of creative energy through the word made it possible to discover the effectiveness of the Word. The emphasis of medieval Christianity on the energy of the Word, unfolded from reality and communed with it, assumed both an analysis of the good, the source of which was the sacred reality, and an analysis of evil, which consisted in worldly, profane actuality and left a sad mark in history, which still represents the Christian Middle Ages as a dark era. In medieval Christianity, energy was expressed through action-an act, force and intention, contributing to the understanding of any creative possibilities and abilities outgoing from the Creator of the world or created man. God the Creator is an unknown reality, the only true Thing (Res) that the world knows about in the image and likeness of created things and on the basis of evidence preserved in language. Thanks to such phenomena, the most important of which is the Epiphany, it became possible to build arguments in favor of the existence of God. The reality revealed in the actual world is evidenced by such states of human subjectivity as oblivion, i. e. the state of memory of that other event that lies behind the invisible beginning, visions, the ability to think, speak, listen, and perform actions (gestures). In any such accomplishment, the procedures for its execution continue to operate, not only what is actualized, but also the actualization itself. The idea of a gesture is considered as an intensely intuitive, internal action, a moral response to an act. The energy of making is concentrated in it, revealing both the theoretical significance of the judgment, and the intention and action of the subject as an actor of this judgment. Man is not only active by the status of a created being, but is also capable of self-construction, of changing himself, together possessing subjectivity and substantiality (substantia subiecta).","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133421666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, it is presented the prospect of his understanding of theological problem of nature and status of angels in the hierarchy of the Universe. In this context the initial setting of Aquinas' angelology, which has developed in the course of his many years of reflections and in the frames of a fundamental theological discussion, is demonstrated that an angels do not include in themselves a composition of matter and form, but they have a composition of potency and an act. It is stressed that the form has an independent existence in angels, and they are characterized by a \"self-existing form\", hence, they are \"separated substances\". As a result, it is concluded that angels, according to the conception of Thomas, are acquired a special disposition in the hierarchy of ens creatum. Secondly, the analyze is developing in the prospect of refuting by Aquinas the heresy of the Manicheans and asserting a kind of \"apology\" for the existing world. In this sense, Thomas Aquinas' interpretation of being is considered, which is understood as actuality and perfection, that allows the medieval thinker to demonstrate the unique role of the Creator for the existence of created world. Thirdly, it is presented the horizon of explication of human mind meaning within the framework of the procedure of a moral act. In this regard, the article opens the general scheme of a human act formulated by Thomas and reveals the significance and role of reason and will at each stage of the implementation of moral action, which was a fundamental problem for the ethical studies of his time. Thus, the article is demonstrated the refraction of metaphysical discourse and philosophical terminology, in particular, the concept of actus, dating back to the Aristotelian energia, in the theology of Thomas Aquinas, which allowed him to solve the fundamental intellectual problems of his epoch.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123718145","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The interdisciplinary concept of French writer, philosopher, social thinker Georges Bataille, described by him in the book \"The Accursed Share\", is presented. It is shown that the concept of energy is applicable to the study of sociocultural systems. In the light of this approach, culture appears as a system of devices (\"organs\", \"machines\") that utilize free (psychic, social) energy. In the absence of these devices, socio-cultural systems experience internal pressure of excess energy (the \"accursed part\"), which is fraught with the destruction of these systems due to troubles, civil wars and other conflicts. Bataille examines in detail three ways of utilizing free energy, which can be described in the framework of the philosophy of culture as three «organs» or three «machines» – war, religion and labor. The article gives a non-classical understanding of these phenomena. War cannot be reduced only to a set of violent actions to seize resources or impose will on the enemy. Religion cannot be reduced only to establishing a connection with the divine. Labor cannot be reduced only to the production of material or spiritual goods. All these activities are partly self-referential, and this self-referential can only be explained by an additional function, which is disclosed in this article. In conclusion, the relevance of the use of the concept of energy in the cultural and philosophical analysis of the current situation is shown. This situation cannot fail to attract the attention of those who rely on a humanistic position.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122415987","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author explores the formation of interactive cinema, considering its genre, stylistic and technological features. The principal feature of interactive cinema is to change the communication scheme typical for cinema, in which the viewer is assigned a passive role. Since the viewer becomes a participant in the narrative of the film and can influence the development of its plot, the discourse of interactive cinema acquires new features associated with the introduction of computer game mechanics into the structure of the film. The formation of the temporal structures of the film is enriched by the potential of game mechanics, which requires calibration of research optics. Choosing N. Fairclough's discourse analysis algorithm as a starting methodological point, the author uses J. Bogost's ideas about the work of object-oriented ontology in the study of computer games. She refuses to consider the interactive component of the series as an additional narrative and focuses on identifying the work of the aesthetics, mechanics and dynamics of the game inserts of the film to analyze the experience they form. As a result, the discourse analysis of interactive cinema involves three levels: a syntagmatic analysis of the cinematic narrative, a paradigmatic analysis of the interactive game and an appeal to the external nodes of the narrative. The author shows that the key element of the discourse of the series \"Nayden_Zhiv\", reproducing the principles of the work of the search and rescue team \"LizaAlert\", is time as the main factor in the effectiveness of the search for a missing child. The film's discourse forms the image of time as an anti-force opposing rescuers, clashing two temporal strategies. The strategy of the cinematic narrative is aimed at gradually accelerating the subjective perception of time, leading to an acute experience of its deficit. The interactive strategy uses the potential of slowing down when mastering simulators and solving quests in the subjective experience of the player delays the solution of the basic goal of the film. The external narrative nodes formed by the creators of the series when contacting the press, online and offline audiences coincide with its internal nodes. According to the author, the complex discourse of interactive cinema enhances the mythologization of time.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130174572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Urban and country residents participate in the production, consumption, reproduction and capitalization of a territory's social resources; the latter arise through social interactions, social ties, relations, motives, objectives and means of their achievement that are played out over a long time on a certain territory. Social changes affected by such factors as social resource availability determine the spatial and temporal patterns of development. The development patterns of a region are influenced by \"liquid modernity\", situational and spontaneous actions of actors, suddenness and eventfulness, uncertainty and variability that are essential characteristics of social resources. Considering a region as a space-time continuum, the authors suggest that the territorial communities of urban and country residents constitute an established and changing system of social ties and interactions, with models of territorial socio-economic behavior, trust in institutional / noninstitutional actors and other social resources. The spatial and temporal patterns of development are also affected by objective factors like economy crises, epidemics, wars, and the domestic and global politics. Given the evening–out of spatial difference in countries and regions, towns and settlements, glocalization is characterized by retaining local specifics related to the history, tradition, image of the territory, which we also classify as social resources. Subjective indicators are associated with understanding a region as a social space for interaction between people, groups, communities where social ties and interdependencies are formed, and ideas and meanings appear. In current conditions of nonlinear change, subjective factors can define the vector of development: people's motivation for present and future self-realization on the given territory, trust, regional identity, solidarity with fellow countrymen. Based on the findings of a complex empirical sociological study the authors worked out the composite index of social resource availability that unites all the factors mentioned. Fluctuations of the index of social resource availability determine the spatial and temporal patterns of development of territorial communities and regions.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130114710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article analyzes the experience of profitable family farms in the studied southern Russian regions of the Republic of Kalmykia, Astrakhan and Volgograd regions. For this purpose, we have used materials from regional media and the Internet. Despite certain difficulties with low purchase prices, distribution channels, inaccessible loans, the high cost of feed, veterinary drugs, equipment, the entire 30-year post-Soviet period has shown that small rural businesses represented by farmers, individual entrepreneurs, are able to meet the growing consumer demand for high-quality and organic food, expanding the range due to the products of regional producers, local brands, adapting the release to the dynamic change in consumer demands. The considered farms not only successfully solve these problems, but also resist a variety of different risks (natural and climatic, macrosocial, financial), but also are for rural areas the most important factor in preserving rural society, its employment, rural infrastructure. The decline in the number of peasant farms throughout the country, which took place in the previous quarter of a century, should stop and be replaced by a reverse trend. This will indicate that the importance of this rural way of life in ensuring the country's food independence has been assessed and conditions have appeared for the mass management of family commodity farms, for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector.","PeriodicalId":398098,"journal":{"name":"Logos et Praxis","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133609104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
