Science activities are globalizing and research partnerships will become increasingly imperative. Hence a considerable trend in research collaboration has been noted in the literature. Over the last few years, collaboration among scientists has been on the rise [1] and the different ways in which this collaboration takes place have been the subject of many conceptual [2] and empirical studies [3]. The use of robotic kits is an alternative for low-cost prototyping and testing robotic solutions. Even if these robots did not meet the requirements of an industrial design, they can offer a first validation alternative. In this work, the Bioloid robotic kit is used to implement and evaluate a new algorithm for biped gait generation called IK-PSO. The algorithm used a forward kinematics model and a target position of the biped center of mass, COM, to generate an inverse kinematics solution of the joints motions. The remaining of the control process is a classical one. The pre-computed position of the Centre of mass, COM, allowed the robot to walk with a high degree of confidence that its stability is guaranteed. This need is a result of larger bit-rates or the use of different standards using different frequency bands. In this work, Ultra Wide Band (UWB) 2-14GHz with its matching circuit is presented. The antenna responses, input impedance radiation pattern, currant distribution and VSWR at various frequencies are studied and compared to that of a commercial antennas. Cette analyse est basée sur l'interprétation d'informations recueillies pendant la session d'apprentissage; la trace obtenue peut être classée et regroupée selon une structure bien définit pour faciliter leur interprétation. In this paper, we focus on studying ways to improve quality in education based on students' perceptions through the assessment of educational processes. In the literature, we notice that there is no detailed assessment model that adapts to all face to face teaching methods and contexts. Based on rigorous theoretical assessment foundations, we propose a novel assessment model, it includes 5 dimensions refined into 15 criteria. A survey methodology is adopted in order to assess the Certificate of Informatics and Internet Training and to validate the proposed model. The participants of this study were undergraduate students in two Tunisian universities. Findings from the empirical study show the key factors that affect the success of a given face to face learning situation and increase student's satisfaction. This result leads to a better understanding of evaluating the mechanisms of face to face education. Our assessment model can be used to assess other fields; it is useful for teachers and organisations for assessing quality classroom teaching as perceived by students. One of the most important concerns in higher education is to ensure that the learning outcomes are achieved accordingly and learners acquire the desired capability. Most important techniques in supporting learning in higher education sector includes timely and detailed feedback to learners which must include both strengths and weaknesses of learner as well as the future implications of their performance. This paper proposes an online platform called Student Coursework Repository (SCORE) that enables academics to evaluate and provide effective online feedback to students in higher education sector. In this framework, a repository of different feedback mechanisms is made available to academic staff, irrespective of the modules and courses the students are enrolled in. SCORE builds on other literature and research work on feedback management and enables the delivery of other forms of feedback such as audio or video based feedback. However, automatic tools for learning information retrieval from these documents based on semantic tags are not yet effective. We propose here a model which aims at automatically annotating texts with semantic metadata. These metadata will allow us to index and extract learning objects from texts. This model is composed of two parts: the first part consists of a semantic annotation of learning objects according to their semantic categories (definition, example, exercise, etc.). The second part uses automatic semantic annotation which is generated by the first part to create a semantic inverted index able to find relevant learning objects for queries associated with semantic categories.
