The model of second generation superconducting tape allow for the simulation of smooth transition of the yttrium superconducting layer into resistive state. Dependence between the electric field intensity and the current density is described by Rhyner's power-law. A modified Jiles-Atherton equation has been used to describe the nonlinear magnetic core of the transformer. The current and voltage waveforms in the idle state, in the load condition and in the short-circuit of the superconducting transformer have been obtained. The waveforms have been compared with the results of the measurements to verify the computer model.","PeriodicalId":397235,"journal":{"name":"2017 Progress in Applied Electrical Engineering (PAEE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128227255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The models of the Artificial Neural Network of the taught Electricity Stock Exchange System, including selected elements of quantum computing used to improve the neural model of this system, and the Electricity Stock Exchange System quantum-neural model were also shown. Particular attention has been paid to neural modeling using Neural Network Toolbox and quantum-neural modeling using Simulink. The research experiments were carried out on the basis of quotations on the Polish Electricity Stock Exchange for quotes on the Day Ahead Market. As input quantities in the learning process of the Artificial Neural Network, the volume of electricity supplied and sold at particular times of the day was used, and the average prices received at each of the 24 hours as a starting point. As a result of the learning, a neural model of Electricity Stock Exchange System in the form of an Artificial Neural Network was obtained, and on its quantum-neuronal model of Electricity Stock Exchange system, which used the quantum calculations simulated in Simulink.","PeriodicalId":397235,"journal":{"name":"2017 Progress in Applied Electrical Engineering (PAEE)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133716222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the use of mathematical model an algorithm was created and implemented in Matlab environment. The model was developed, based on combination of nonlinear partial differential equations representing a quasistationary electromagnetic field. In the case of the contact system, the problem was considered in a two-dimensional space, with actual structure of the whole contact taken into account. The principle aim of conducting the examinations is the suggestion of the set of contacts construction that makes it possible to get the decay of electromagnetic field increasing the working life of the set of contacts. Standard 5-kW/100-kHz compact dual active bridge modules were used for construction of the coupling. Possibilities of modular construction of the system were presented, in which both parallel and series-parallel connections of developed modules were analyzed. The work takes into account simulation studies of the presented solution as well as studies of an experimental model equipped with an advanced control and measurement system based on DSP-type processors. Modular construction of the converter ensures simple configuring depending on the application, increased reliability and reduced design and maintenance costs.","PeriodicalId":397235,"journal":{"name":"2017 Progress in Applied Electrical Engineering (PAEE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128252213","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to very high switching frequency of the power devices, in the output stage of APF the GaN E-HEMTs are included.
