The modification depends on including in SDM the dynamic hysteresis comparator. Thank to this feature the resolution of SDM output bit stream is, theoretically, unlimited. As result it is possible to precise mapping of the APF input (power grid) current in the reference signal. Due to very high switching frequency of the power devices, in the output stage of APF the GaN E-HEMTs are included. 摘要
提出了基于改进σ - δ调制器(SDM)的单相并联有源电力滤波器(APF)概念。改进取决于在SDM中加入动态滞后比较器。由于这一特点,SDM输出比特流的分辨率在理论上是无限的。因此,可以在参考信号中精确映射APF输入(电网)电流。由于功率器件的开关频率非常高,在APF的输出级包含GaN e - hemt。文中介绍了有源滤波器的基本原理、仿真试验结果以及有源滤波器可能的实际配置。
