El objetivo del estudio fue realizar el proceso de teñido de la fibra de alpaca con pigmento natural a partir de molle fresco y seco. Para ello, se realizó la extracción líquida presurizada acuosa del pigmento de molle, se midió el color (L*, a* y b*), pH, sólidos totales y se evaluó la estabilidad del extracto en almacenamiento. Se realizó la evaporación parcial del agua y con el extracto concentrado se realizó el teñido de la fibra de alpaca utilizando los siguientes mordientes: ácido cítrico, sulfato de cobre, sulfato de hierro, sulfato de aluminio, bitartrato de potasio, sulfato de amonio, evaluándose la intensidad del color, así como la solidez de color al frote y al lavado. Los resultados indicaron que la mejor condición de almacenamiento del extracto fue 5°C en oscuridad y que la evaluación de solidez del color al frote como al lavado de las madejas mostraron valores de 4-5 utilizando los mordientes mencionados, aunque con el ácido cítrico se realizaron menos enjuagues. Por ello, en el presente estudio, a través de la técnica de cultivo in vitro, se evaluó el efecto de cuatro concentraciones del regulador de crecimiento BAP (Bencilaminopurina) y un control sobre la etapa de establecimiento in vitro en explantes provenientes de areolas de Hylocereus guatemalensis, comúnmente conocido como American Beauty. Se empleó un total de 60 unidades muestrales evaluados por un periodo de tres meses. El mayor porcentaje de brotación se obtuvo en un periodo mínimo de 30 días con una concentración de 0.5 mg/l de BAP, así mismo, en cuanto a la longitud de cladodios, dicha concentración permitió obtener la mayor longitud con una media de 22.92 mm, estableciéndose diferencias significativas con los demás tratamientos empleados. El mayor número de areolas por cladodio se obtuvo con los tratamientos 0.5 mg/l y 1 mg/l de BAP, respectivamente. Aquaculture and fishing are not the exception. The measures taken by governments in order to dissipate contagions prevent supporting the economy. Faced with this situation, governments and state entities are taking measures to cushion and strengthen companies. However, to make correct decisions regarding aid, it is necessary to diagnose the state of the productive sectors in order to carry out interventions and manage solutions to priority problems. The objective of the present study was to establish information on the aquaculture production units in the San Martín region, which enables the aquaculture sector to be managed efficiently, promoting efforts and public interventions in the region. The results show that more than 90% of the aquaculture producers in the San Martín region are affected, mainly by logistical difficulties in the delivery of supplies, which have stopped the operation of approximately 18% of fish production. Casado","doi":"10.54353/ritp.v1i1.e004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54353/ritp.v1i1.e004","url":null,"abstract":"Surgical sutures are the simplest yet most used medical devices in modern healthcare, they are the preferred type because of its biocompatibility and ability to be resorbed. Bovine intestinal fibers are converted into catgut that serves as the starting material of absorbable surgical suture threads. The mechanical and control subsystems of industrial equipment were designed to automate disinfection of bovine intestinal fibers to increase efficiency during the wet process stage of disinfection without altering its fiber quality. A turbulent regime of the water and disinfectant mix was designed, implemented and validated, this automatic aeration system in the disinfection thank increased the process efficiency by reducing the time used to handle a load of fibers by 50%, and the working time of the personnel involved in the process was reduced from 220 to 20 minutes. Tests on the final product showed that LAL levels comply with what is established by the American Pharmacopoeia: USP <85> Bacterial Endotoxin Test and USP <161> Medical Devices - Bacterial and Pyrogen Endotoxin Test.
