In contrast, with a large number of variables, K-means has a time complexity that is linear in the number of documents, but is thought to produce inferior clusters. Think of the factor of simplify, high-quality and high-efficiency, we combine the two approaches providing a new system named CONDOR system with hierarchical structure based on document clustering using K-means algorithm. Evaluated the performance on different hierarchy depth and initial uncertain centroid number based on variational relative document amount correspond to given queries. This paper proposes a new, more accurate epiphyseal extraction method that estimates the central axis from the top of the distal phalange to the upper part of the metacarpal. The method entails analysis of a finger's horizontal profile that detects that finger's central axis, on and from which epiphyses are detected and extracted, respectively. The proposed doubler consist of a fully adjustable Schmitt trigger (FAST), time-delay components, XOR gate and a voltage controlled delay line (VCDL). Time-delay components use RC integrator and comparator. Advantages of this topology include good fundamental frequency and harmonic frequency suppression, compact layout and low power consumption. The desired signal at 2.3 GHz is 0.871 dBm. The fundamental frequency at 1.15 GHz and third harmonic frequency at 3.45 GHz approximately 37 dBc below the 2.3 GHz signal. The fourth harmonic frequency at 4.6 GHz is approximately 24 dBc below the 2.3 GHz signal. The preprocessing steps were consisted of data normalization with minmax method and dimension reduction with principal components analysis. To enhance the classification performance, we divided Raman spectra into three significant protein bands, i.e., Amide I mode composed of two bands, normal and BCC tissue and Amide III mode. All the features were extracted independently. The schemes are used to reduce the total amount of sensor readings by means of performing a variety of aggregate operations and collaborating with sensor nodes in data transmission. In addition, it is known that sensor readings obtained from sensor fields have high spatial and temporal characteristics in nature. In this paper, we propose a novel energy-efficient data aggregation protocol that makes it possible to minimize energy consumption and to maximize communication efficiency with data correlation. The proposed protocol is comprised of two methods which satisfy the quality of application requirements when a user requests periodic data from a wireless sensor network. The first is a selective transmission method using a tolerable threshold of data loss rate. The other is a data aggregation clustering method which satisfies data accuracy of application requirement with linear data prediction. In addition, data delay can be minimized by allocating a weight to the size of each cluster and scheduling time-outs for the response data. The unifying model is designed to compute the sustained probabilistic properties for each prioritized AC under saturation condition. In this framework, we consider elaborately the modified the AIFS and backoff co-operation process in EDCA defined by the IEEE 802.11e standard rather than those previous literature which concern the original EDCF protocol defined by draft version. Comprehensive simulation studies validate our analytical approach is quite fair in predicting the system saturation throughput. Unfortunately, as the computing power of a processor increases, energy consumption in the processor dramatically increases. For this reason, energy efficiency should be considered together with performance when designing embedded processors. This paper proposes a new energy-aware instruction cache design using backward branch information to reduce the energy consumption in a embedded processor, since instruction caches consume a significant fraction of the on-chip energy. Proposed instruction cache is composed of two caches: a large main instruction cache and a small loop instruction cache. Proposed technique enables the selective access between the main instruction cache and the loop instruction cache to reduce the number of accesses to the main instruction cache, leading to good energy efficiency. We evaluated the energy efficiency by running cycle accurate simulator, SimpleScalar, with power parameters obtained from CACTI. In this problem, the most important challenge is to realize a scalable implementation and high fairness simultaneously. Here high fairness means that bandwidth is distributed fairly even in short time intervals. Unfortunately, existing scheduling algorithms either are lack of scalable implementation or can achieve low fairness. In this paper, we propose a scheduling algorithm that can achieve feasible fairness without losing scalability. The proposed algorithm is a Hierarchical Deficit Round-Robin (H-DRR). While H-DRR requires a constant time for implementation, the achievable fairness is similar to that of Packet-by-Packet Generalized Processor Sharing (PGPS) algorithm. The proposed protocol requires less simulation processors and control messages than existing DEVS simulation protocols. It supports parallel output-to-input event translation and routing. The performance of the protocol is not directly bound to the hierarchical structure of a DEVS coupled model. Sequential event translation and structural dependence to the model are major performance issues in existing protocols. With hierarchical model partitioning, the protocol can be used to achieve optimal resource distribution and to obtain performance gain from it. The proposed protocol has been implemented on various DEVS modeling and simulation (M&S) frameworks.
