The concrete design is to present a new solving model for the workflow exceptions by connecting ECA rules with transaction conception in database field, which analyses and utilizes the advanced transaction characteristics of workflow and is represented by nested transactions. This workflow exception handling model strengthens the connection with ECA rules and can effectively solve the workflow execution exceptions. The answer to a continuous query is continuously produced over time unless stopped artificially. During an executed continuous query, the run environment changes continuously, meanwhile some properties of data stream itself change too, such as input rate, selectivity of operators and execute time and so on. In order to adapt the continuity of queries and variability of system environment and date itself during continuous query, this paper presents a query plan optimization and migration strategy based on multi-factors and gives corresponding algorithm. With this way, concurrent product development process can be optimized, and product development cycle can be cut down. During research of overlapping coupling tasks, sequence of upstream and downstream is one of the most important factors to influence the number of iterations, the quantity of exchange information between tasks, the period of development, and the cost from development process. The process model of overlapping coupling tasks is built with structure design matrix. It can simulate the period of concurrent product development process, and get the duration of iteration process. Based on the process model, Gaussian elimination solution and iteration character of coupling tasks are taken into account, and the method to decide the upstream downstream sequence of overlapping coupling tasks is developed. The results show that both information technology capabilities and the organization structure have significant positive impact on enterprise performance. It is noteworthy that the organization structure only influences the enterprise’s non-financial performance but not the financial performance. Besides, IT capabilities is one of the important factors which cause the change of the characteristics of organization structure. The conclusion indicates that the changes in organization structure should not only be taken seriously, but also be promoted actively. Specially, we use two concepts: extension of T-meshes and spline spaces with homogeneous boundary conditions. In the dimension analysis, the important technique is linear space embedding with the operator of mixed partial derivative, which embeds the space of higher order into the space of lower order. Similar with the discussion of the dimension of biquadratic spline spaces over T-meshes, the necessary and sufficient conditions are described by the operator. Using the characteristic of T-meshes, we can reduce the number of conditions. With this method, a dimension lower bound of bicubic spline spaces over regular T-meshes can be provided.
