The system design implementation show that the educational resource sharing platform can compatible the existing environment of software and hardware and realize the loose and couple collaborative and active integration of the educational resources, which has the character of encapsulation, openness, integration and extensibility. A new membership function and fuzzy-enhancement operator is reconstructed in the improved algorithm based on the analysis and research on Pal-King fuzzy-enhancement algorithm. At the same time simulation experiments are carried out. The results show that the improved algorithm effectively overcomes the shortcomings of the Pal-King fuzzy-enhancement algorithm, and guaranties the overall effect of image enhancement, and retains the edge information of the low gray value in the image and improves the efficiency of the algorithm at the same time. We have adopted the extrusion method under equal extruding temperature of 350 - 380°C. Based on stress-strain data gaining from isothermal compression experiment, adopts rigid - plastic finite element method, simulating isothermal-extrusion deformation of which the component is wrought magnesium alloy, emphatically discussing deformation force and metal flowing law in the course of isothermal-extrusion deformation. According to the simulation result of stress field, strain field, velocity field and so on, the method can forecast producing defect produced in the course of deformation and offer the reliable reference basis for isothermal extrusion deformation. As a result, diversion method are adopted. Techniques of learning ontology from text are far from mature because of the limitations of natual language understanding. However, discovering concepts and relations from tables is much easier. In this paper, we proposed a novel approach to generate ontologies from web tables. Our apporach can be described as a 1+1+N model: one core ontology which contains the core concepts of a given domain and serves as the global ontology, one standard table which serves as a reference during the construction of other ontologies, N new tables from which local ontologies are generated. Type spotters, instance-based schema matching, and some heuristics rules are employed to generate ontologies.
