The problems who still exist when we did it is about of the timeconsuming process, especially for among people who have a lot of activity. The automatic rice cooker 3 in 1 with circuit control is a solution for answer that problem. This rice cooker has three functions in the same appliance, which consists of a circuit control as a control center of the tool, a rice storage tank, a rice washing pan equipped with blade and cooking rice until it is ready for consumption. This can be seen from the large percentage of the construction sector to GDP of 10.60% in the third quarter of 2019. One of the improvements is found in technological developments in the construction sector. Technology in the construction sector has an influence on the development of modern equipment that can increase the productivity of construction work, including ceramic installation work. The quality of the ceramic installation work is of concern to the constructor because the results that are done depend on the skills and abilities of the ceramic craftsman. The effort made is by making ceramic installation tools that have been designed to lift and level the ceramics at the time of ceramic installation work. Vaporcelain is made using the principle of the vacuum system and the grade system of the nivo and also made using easily available ingredients. Vaporcelain as a product is created with the aim of facilitating the finishing work of ceramic installation in a building, increasing the results of ceramic installation according to standards, and increasing the productivity of ceramists. This is because construction service activities involve many things, including building materials, installations or equipment, labour, and the application of technology in large and complex quantities. The aspects of work accidents that occur are mostly the result of unsafe behaviour and unsafe working conditions or unsafe conditions. Therefore, to minimize any possibility of accidents, safety patrol activities must be carried out. This research stage begins with conducting a literature study and determining the subject matter related to safety patrol activities at contractor X. The data needed in this study were obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation data sources. The results of interviews and observations were analysed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the safety patrol activities on contractor X is good enough because it is in accordance with the applicable legal basis/foundation such as Manpower Regulation Number 5 of 1996 concerning Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. Cimahi Techno Park supports skills and competency development activities such as training, exhibitions, seminars, accelerations, incubations, etc. All facilities are available free of charge as a form of government support in improving quality human resources. This research aims to describe the flexibility space which was applied in Cimahi Techno Park. With so many functions and activities, the space processing is needed that will affect the flow of dynamic activities, thus it can create optimal activities in using the creative area. Then, the application of space flexibility is a solution in managing space to suit your needs in accommodating various activities at Techno Park. The research was focused on the application of space flexibility on the space that accommodated vocational activities in Cimahi Techno Park. The method of this research was evaluative descriptive research with Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE). The data accumulation was implemented by observation, interview, and literature study. These values are passed down over time to become a culture eventually. The culture of a region is a result of interaction and acculturation that occur in a society. Through the design process, architecture analyzes the behaviors of the local community and its environmental conditions. In the globalization era, architectural representation becomes homogeneous. Therefore, to prevent local architecture from deteriorating, it becomes necessary to consider local architecture for developing campus design. This research aims to transform local architecture identity through design development in the context of campus design. Architectural expressions were analyzed to illustrate local culture as a descriptive effort. The observation was performed using an interview and observation guide sheet. A three-dimensional matrix was constructed to be an example of the design transformation process. The test is carried out on a showcase refrigerator with a volume capacity of 210 liters. The research method used experiment with drop in substituted refrigerant technique. In the initial stage, the performance measurement of the refrigerator using R134a is carried out as the base line. After that, the refrigerant is replaced by R1270 by charging the weight of the refrigerant as much as 30% of the base line. The test data was collected for 60 minutes by recording the parameters of pressure, temperature, electric current and cooling time every six minutes. In the final stage, data processing and analysis are carried out to determine the feasibility of using R1270 as refrigerant in refrigerators. The results showed that COP increased 26% and the evaporator temperature was 6 C lower after replacing R134a by R1270. A video media of software tutorial was created to make teaching and learning more efficient and to easily understand how to use the program for accurate calculation, analysis and design by using the Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional program. A steel structure warehouse with a dimension of 30 x 60 meters was chosen as an example in this study. The instructional media was produced to demonstrate the use of Robot Structural Analysis Professional software in analysis and design of the selected warehouse step by step. The instructional media was evaluated the effectiveness of the content by five experts. The revised instructional media according to the comments of the experts was tested by 34 students via pretest and posttest.
