The task is approached with the goal of targeting multiple natural languages at once in mind. Presently, Ukrainian and English languages are considered, and training data in both languages is sourced. The research considers different machine learning models of natural language processing, based on the state-of-the-art models presented by researchers in the last few years. We compare the outputs of different models fine-tuned on different data to improve the precision of the predictions. We show how fine-tuning a language model on one language may increase the precision of that model's predictions in other languages on the example of fine-tuning a model on English in order to increase performance on Ukrainian. At last, we point out the drawbacks of such an approach and emphasize the need for a large dedicated Ukrainian language dataset, that would be assembled specifically targeting the question-answering task.","PeriodicalId":391592,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 8th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"355 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115931997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The underlying supposition behind motion estimation is that the patterns corresponding to objects and background in a frame of video sequence move within the frame to form corresponding objects on the subsequent frame. This can be used to discover temporal redundancy in the video sequence, increasing the effectiveness of inter-frame video compression by defining the contents of a macroblock by reference to the contents of a known macroblock which is minimally different. This article discusses the fundamental principles of local and global stereo image matching algorithms. The operation of the Semi-Global Block Matching algorithm is described in more detail. Its implementation is also affected by transferring the calculation of the depth map to a graphics processor (GPU) to speed up processing. The results of the construction of the depth map, as well as the dependence of the time of the algorithm on the size of the input images are shown.","PeriodicalId":391592,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 8th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115311803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The approach is based on the analysis of both information request signals and response signals, as well as the principles of constructing secondary radar systems in general and an aircraft transponder in particular. It is also shown that with the optimal choice of the transmission probability of flight data from air objects and the number of channels for processing received flight data, depending on the possible number of air objects located at the same azimuth, it is possible to optimize the probability of transmission of flight data in the response channel of secondary radar systems.","PeriodicalId":391592,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 8th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127284897","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is proposed to additionally use nanosatellites in such a system, which in the form of groups (clusters) are located in low earth orbit. This will allow the transmission of speech signals through low-orbit clusters, and thus reduce the path of such signals and their time delay, and ensure the regulatory quality of service.","PeriodicalId":391592,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 8th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121592217","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
