This new method is based on active antenna utilization with the possible combinations that help diverge between symbols from the constellation diagram. Provision of this divergence between antennas is based on magic square phenomena that are new for communication systems usage. Thanks to the ergonomic architecture of the antenna selection method, the method can be used for different transmit antennas and different conventional modulation orders. The thesis formulates the relevance and necessity of creating a hardware and software device based on Dektec modulators for a more detailed and in-depth study of the signal processing methods and its generation the digital terrestrial and satellite television broadcasting systems, which can be used in the educational process of higher educational institutions for training specialists for the telecommunications industry. This thesis discusses the Dektec modulator boards, which can be used to generate modulated radio signals from a number of European standards for digital television broadcasting DVB-T, DVB-C, DVB-S and DVB-S2. This article describes the basic information about the software package based on CrazyScan and TSReader applications, which are used to study signals on the receiving side and reproduce multichannel TV transport streams that are being transmitted. It also provides basic information for working with StreamXpress software for generating digital TV broadcast signals. The main methods of pattern recognition in information systems are analyzed. Problems in the field of recognition and methods of their solution are considered. To automate the process of sorting only incoming drugs to the pharmacy department, a modification of the pre-prepared neural network for the robot sorter was developed, which on the basis of this neural network will give the exact name after packaging analysis, which will reduce the time to fill out the invoice. Image augmentation was performed, which allowed to improve the result. The introduction of a genetic algorithm for finding and optimizing the neural network architecture was also carried out. As a result, an increase in recognition accuracy was obtained. Such a non-positional adder for an arbitrary value $m_{i}$ of the RNS modulus is a sequential set of $n=[log_{2}(m_{i}-1)+1]$ binary one-bit adders (OBA), united by connections, like connections of positional binary adders. The use of additional connections made it possible to create an adder that implements the operation of adding two residues. A set of k adders modulo is an adder of two numbers in RNS. It was shown that a decrease in the readiness factor of an aircraft responder, as well as the probability of detecting single pulses of the used response signals in requesting radar systems for observing the airspace, leads to an increase in both the delay of the output pulses and to an increase in the magnitude of the dispersion. Both modifications of the method were tested according to the comprehensive testing recommendations of the international commission MPEG for the evaluation of complex video tools, on the example of 13 video sequences, with different bitrates. The specific set of such skills is determined by the type of product created. To develop attractive and user-friendly interfaces, a designer must understand how to use color, typography, shape, and composition techniques to effectively convey behavior and information or stimulate user physiological responses. Based on the expert survey, important visual components of the interface elements are identified, research and synthesis of the model of interface design development factors using visual elements are carried out. Using the methods of system analysis and graph theory, a graphical model has been developed, containing hierarchically prioritized interface design factors. From the obtained results, a conclusion was made about the significant influence of the color palette and font design of textual information on the quality of the user interface. It was also found that graphic elements play a crucial role in design development. The block diagram of the encoder and decoder is shown. The results of the development of the encoding and decoding device based on the Raspberry PI 3 Model B microcontroller are presented. The comparison of the performance indicators of the algorithm with the IPEG2000 and MPEG4 encoders is made. The metrics of the signal-to-noise ratio were used as quality indicators, and also were used the signal-to-noise ratio at the edges of objects in the scene and the size of the compressed image. Comparison is made for ultra-high definition images and for video sequences. The comparison results are given for three bit rates, namely 150, 200 and 220 Mbps.
