Abstract

The specifics and nature of the insurance business suggests the implementation of communication policies that should take into account the interests of both insurance companies and the state, business and consumers. Insurance companies in the context of globalization and communication are not enough to rely only on acquaintances hitherto traditional communication methods and approaches, such as advertising, marketing and PR.
