The primary social and technological problem of the protection of society and critical facilities through the creation of Global Intelligent Cyber Security is formulated. The axioms of the constructive formation of developing countries on the basis of the adoption of moral relations are formulated. Models, methods and algorithms of cyber-social computing are proposed that are focused on processing big data, searching for keywords and test fragments. New characteristic equations of similarity – differences between the processes and phenomena are synthesized for the exact information retrieval by keywords in cyber-physical space. A computing model of the development of the Universe is formulated, where the binary interactions of entities and forms are harmonic functions of the phase state. We suggest performing this design by replacing real time with some virtual variable, which is defined as a function of time and a system state variable. This virtual variable can be considered as the \"new\" time and it can be used to define transformation operator, which allows us to describe system dynamics in the \"new\" time domain by using known differential equations of the chaotic systems. We use the Mackey-Glass system as the initial chaotic system and show two transformations for this system by using different transformation operators. These transformations gave us the possibility to define the high-frequency dynamics for two chaotic systems. Toliupa","doi":"10.1109/TCSET49122.2020.235471","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/TCSET49122.2020.235471","url":null,"abstract":"The use in wireless telecommunication systems of radio signals based on harmonic (sinusoidal) carrier oscillations is not optimal in terms of the efficiency of converting the current energy in the antenna into the energy of electromagnetic waves. This is especially true of satellite communication. This is due to the fact that according to Maxwell's equations of electromagnetic field theory, the radiated energy of the electromagnetic wave by the antenna is proportional to the time current derivative. One of the areas of development of low-orbital systems is the creation of systems with a \"distributed satellite\" architecture, which is focused on solving complex multifunctional problems using cubeSats. To provide communication within a \"distributed satellite\", wireless networks are used, as well as terahertz interconnect lines, which are multipath and non-stationary. In order to increase the noise immunity of inter-satellite communication low Earth orbit (LEO), it is proposed to use an advanced method of \"non-energy\" receiving sequences of Impulse-Radio Ultra-Wideband (IR-UWB) signals, which provides signal processing without taking into account their energy. In addition, this method allows to receive IR-UWB signals received at the input of the receiver in asynchronous form by correlative processing passively matched with the signal filter. It calculates the azimuth of an air object for which there are IFF systems response signals, this allows for a fusion based on Bayesian azimuth data algorithms taking into account the weight merge of the azimuth of an air object estimated from both primary radar and IFF systems. Compared to existing methods of matching of subcircuit solutions, a more sensitive method of considering the dynamics of their change is proposed, which allows one to effectively predict the matching step of subcircuits. The algorithm of control of stability of the computational procedure of the transient process in components with distributed parameters, considering their boundary conditions, is developed. A software module for solving hyperbolic equations by Lax-type method has been developed for modelling a subsystem with distributed parameters, such as transmission lines. The input parameters of the module are the voltage at the beginning and the current at the end of the line, the output parameters – the voltage at the end and the current at the beginning of the line. The implemented module uses the advanced Lax method for the component with distributed parameters, and implicit Euler method for the component with lumped parameters. The following are computer-generated long line modeling experiments performed in the system UDF MAOPCs (user-defined functions for multivariate analysis and optimization of parametric circuits) by sequentially combining its elementary units. Comparison of line modeling time with standard MATLAB tools (det () function) and authors' created function that implements the subcircuits method. The results of the comparison showed the high efficiency of the computational method both in terms of computer time and in the amount of memory required for calculations. QoS routing protocols for WMSN have been a growing topic of research for many years. In this paper we present a new approach called M-EIGRP (Modified-Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol) with load balancing. This modification of the routing protocol is offered for low losses in the WMSN backbone infrastructure. These oscillations have a negative influence on mechanical part of a power generation system.The analysis of oscillations of the electromagnetic torque of the synchronous generator, which are caused by terminal voltage variation, was made analytically and by the method of mathematical modeling.The presented results show the dependence of the oscillation frequency of the electromagnetic torque on the frequency of the rotation of rotor.
