These oscillations have a negative influence on mechanical part of a power generation system.The analysis of oscillations of the electromagnetic torque of the synchronous generator, which are caused by terminal voltage variation, was made analytically and by the method of mathematical modeling.The presented results show the dependence of the oscillation frequency of the electromagnetic torque on the frequency of the rotation of rotor. Abstract
The paper explains oscillations of an electromagnetic torque of a synchronous generator, which are caused by the terminal voltage variation.
