This transformer is composed of two identical coupled-line sections with cross-symmetrical loaded terminations. Two connected sumself such loads form the transmission line which connects the coupled-line sections. The network extended in the direction of input and output ports by segments of single transmission line which provide the matching with ports. The practical design procedure of this transformer is presented and explained. The impedance transformation for a differential mode can be achieved in wide passband with low in-band insertion loss and with efficiently common-mode rejection. The theoretical predictions are validated by simulation of proposed structure.","PeriodicalId":389689,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Trends in Radioelectronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (TCSET)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115951446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The basic principle can be formulated as follows: the network independently transforms business intentions into corresponding configurations of a network for all devices. The idea is not new, but the automation of network management has recently become increasingly common with the advent of SDN (Software-defined Networking) technology in certain parts of the network. This paper describes the switch migration process between multiple SDN controllers. It is suggested that you consider Quality of experience (QoE) priorities of traffic during the migration process. This is necessary for more efficient use of the network resources and ensuring the necessary level of Quality of Service (QoS). Each subscriber of the network independently selects the required QoE value (from 1 to 5). The higher the value is, the better quality the subscriber expects. These QoE values are also taken into account in the network traffic maintenance, so they are very important. Schemes of the switch migration stages are presented. A comparative analysis of switch migration without taking into account QoE priorities and with them is made. The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.","PeriodicalId":389689,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Trends in Radioelectronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (TCSET)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127582012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thanks to this, it can be used in the tourism industry. Typically, tourists do not use the services of local mobile operators because of the short stay. Standard Internet packages in roaming have a rather high cost. This causes problems when a rental vehicle is required. A new model of system architecture for vehicle network operators is proposed. This model allows increasing the level of transaction security and reducing the mobile traffic cost for tourists. The article describes the capabilities of mobile devices with the NFC as storage of private data and possible ways to reduce mobile traffic through the use of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services.","PeriodicalId":389689,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Trends in Radioelectronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (TCSET)","volume":"154 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124320667","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The result of the research is the combination of equations in the system of differential equations with coefficients dependent on the fluctuations of the control object. In the theoretical part the mathematical model of the electromechanical system was synthesized, which made it possible to investigate ways of minimizing the angles of deviation and time intervals necessary to stabilize the movement of the electromechanical system, which made it possible indirectly to implement the signal associated with the stochastic nature of the moment of the control object fluctuation on coordinate plane. The method of parametric optimization of the mathematical model of the electromechanical system in the deviation angle function was also improved and investigated. Based on the determination of the structure and algorithms of work, the efficiency of the control system of the electromechanical system is increased in terms of reducing the time of stabilization of the control object.","PeriodicalId":389689,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Trends in Radioelectronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (TCSET)","volume":"221 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122605927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We show that the high quality control processes will be in the closed-loop system if the designed controller compensates the inner feedbacks for the control object and forms the desired motion path in the state space for the designed closed-loop system. The above-mentioned controller is designed by using interval methods, which allow simplifying model with uncertain dynamic. We design the controller and test the designed control system by using Chua's chaotic system as a source of uncertainty. The use of interval calculus, while the controller is being designed, defines the controller structure as second-order sliding mode controller. This control approach allows constructing a high-quality asymptotically stable multi-channel control system with a control error of less than 1%. The proposed in the paper approach allows designing different control systems for linear and nonlinear objects with uncertainty.","PeriodicalId":389689,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Trends in Radioelectronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (TCSET)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121790153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The basic physicmathematical model for propagation of electron beam with compensation the space charge of electrons by the positive ions of residual gas, described by the set of algebra-differential equations, is considered. It has been proved theoretically, that for the beams with high convergence angle on the most part of its propagation in such conditions the boundary trajectory is closed to linear. In such circumstance’s combination of linear and square functions is usually enough for accurate describing of beam boundary trajectories. Possibility of using the square root from square polynomic as suitable interpolation function for solving this task is also considered. Examples of interpolation are given and analyzed. The maximal relative error of interpolation was 0.2% by the focus position and 7.7% by the focal beam radius, but in the most cases relative error was smaller, then 1%.","PeriodicalId":389689,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Trends in Radioelectronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (TCSET)","volume":"377 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123343138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
