The molar mass of the obtained and dehydrated complex compound Sr[Cu(C15H10N3O2S)]2 was 807.37 g/mol and the number of valence electrons in one molecule was 210. A cylindrical specimen with mass of 0.1 g and volume of 17.67•10-9 m3 has been used in experimental studies.The basic physical parameters of the material have been experimentally measurements and theoretically calculated. The material has been proved to be a semiconductor.
