The number and size of the used chips is very important for the devices used on satellites. At the same time, redundancy methods are widely used to ensure the reliability of these devices, which lead to an increase in the hardware amount. First, using Improved Grid Search Algorithm to find the optimal kernel parameters in SVM. Then, input the sample data into the improved SVM for predictive evaluation. Finally, an image quality evaluation model is established. This algorithm consists of processing the video image by smoothing and minimization filters which reduces the time of search and recognition of objects. Developed a program to solve the problem of finding and quickly recognizing objects in real time, using Swift language on the iOS mobile platform. A convolutional neural network with YOLOv3 architecture is used. A method of improving the performance of such neural network is proposed, which is based on the quantization of the neural network weights and minimization of the model size and search time of its objects. The frame rate of image processing using the proposed model YOLOv3-KD and models of neural networks type YOLOv3-tiny and YOLOv3-416 are investigated. To overcome these weaknesses, researchers are searching for new ones. In this study, a new image encryption algorithm has been proposed to realize this aim. The most obvious component of the proposed image encryption algorithm is the cryptographic substitution box structure used to provide the confusion requirement. The original aspect of the substitution box structure according to similar studies in the literature is that the design was realized by using Lotka–Volterra chaotic system. Theoretical investigation is performed within the framework of Floquet theory for 1D periodical structures. Dispersion equation, transmission coefficient and reflection one are obtained in explicit form. Scattering of the point source field on the bounded magnetophotonic crystal is investigated for TE waves. Field spatial distributions for different signs of plasma-like medium effective permittivity are calculated. The nonlinear properties of piezoceramics start to affect increasing the oscillation amplitude of the ultrasonic transducer. It leads to the appearance of the second and higher harmonics of the current through the converter. It is proposed to introduce an active fourth-order bandpass filter (consisting of two second order filters) into the feedback circuit to eliminate errors. Almost flat phase response allows minimizing the phase error in PLL lock range.
