This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance in PT Waskita Karya Infrastruktur companies in Jakarta. The quantitative research approach was used with the partial least (SEM-AMOS-22) method to analyze data collected through questionnaire techniques as primary data collection techniques. The sample consists of 128 respondents. The results show that digitalization has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The application of digital technology in business processes and company operations can increase employee efficiency and productivity as well as accelerate access to the information needed to carry out their duties. Human resources management at JRP plays a crucial role in ensuring productive employee performance. One of the ways to achieve this is by striving to provide job satisfaction. Over the past 3 years, job satisfaction at JRP has been in the range of 65-66%. Several factors that can influence employee job satisfaction are Compensation, Person-Job Fit, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Motivation. Therefore, these variables will be used in the study. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample size of 144 respondents. The study's findings indicate that Compensation, Person-Job Fit, and the Non-Physical Work Environment collectively have a positive and significant influence on motivation. Furthermore, Compensation and Person-Job Fit have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. However, the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. The DKI Jakarta government has various limitations in managing existing facilities, so community participation is needed. It encourages people to utilize application-based new media to answer the challenges and problems faced by Jakarta. A platform is required in the form of a digital application that can load destinations ranging from places, lodging, food, and facilities owned by tourist attractions labeled halal tourism to make it easier to find halal tourist destinations in Jakarta as an optimization of intelligent cities and contribute to SDGs. Halal tourism applications make it easier for people to get information related to Halal Tourism in Jakarta with the most popular development methods, namely collaborative filtering and location-based filtering methods. This method uses knowledge gathered from monitoring the behavior and personal choices of system users, who are generally known as personal profile users. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by designing an Android-based system. Data collection is an interview with sources with the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Office accompanied by expert information. The result of this research is the design of the Jakarta City Halal Tourism Application (SI PAHAJI) aimed at local and foreign tourists. The population in this study was the Public Works Agency (KPU), supervisory consultants, contractors that execute the building construction projects in Riau. Quantitative method was applied in this study. The data was collected through questionnaires, while data processing was carried out by SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results of this study showed that there are 8 human resource performance factors, such as work ability, work environment, discipline, compensation, experience, competence, motivation, and loyalty. From data processing, 11 new factors were formed becoming the dominant factors, specifically professional and responsible factors. These can be seen in the Total Variance Explained table which show the largest percent of variance are professionalism and responsibility factors with a percentage extraction level which is 14.518%. This research approach uses an R&D approach. From student learning motivation and showed an increase of 72%. E-modules also affect student learning outcomes. This research resulted in developing a new and feasible e-module for grade V elementary school students that utilizes information and communication technology in the learning process. This means that there is an effect of using e-modules on student learning outcomes in Catholic religious education. To explore and uncover meaning in the actual context, this study uses qualitative research with interview, observation, and documentation data collection methods. And the triangulation technique is a way to assess the validity of the data in this study. The results of the study were obtained as follows. First, Civics learning planning understands students in terms of fostering Pancasila student profiles designed in accordance with the school curriculum. Second, the implementation of Civics learning in accordance with the RPP by including the values of profile building on Pancasila in Civics learning. Third, the development of Pancasila student profiles in Civics learning with six main characteristics, Pancasila students represent Indonesian students as lifelong learners who are culturally competent and operate in accordance with Pancasila values which include Faith, piety to God Almighty, ethics, independence, teamwork, cultural diversity, critical thinking, and creativity. The results showed that students were not only intellectually developed but also had a character in accordance with the ideals of Pancasila. This type of research is quantitative using descriptive methods. The research population is also the research sample, which consists of 36 lecturers and educational staff. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results showed that the lecturer’s perception of the implementation of the chairperson’s function was in the good category with an average score of 3.87. The lecturer’s perception of the implementation of the chairman’s manager function is in the good category with an average score of 3.83.
