Nagoya, Batam City by testing the quality of available infrastructure services, including: (1). Physical availability, (2). Physical quality, (3). Suitability, (4). Effectiveness of utilization, (5). Absorption of labor and (6). Contribution to the economy. The Nagoya trade and services area is one of the first and largest trade and services areas in Batam City to date and is currently still a magnet for everyone to come to Batam City to visit this area. This research discusses the planning and evaluation of the development of a smart public street lighting system in the Batam City area with the aim of increasing the sustainability of the smart city. The research method used is a case study to gain an in-depth understanding of existing lighting systems and involve relevant stakeholders, such as local governments, technical experts and local communities. The evaluation results show that the development of a smart public street lighting system has a positive impact on the sustainability of smart cities, increasing energy efficiency, safety and community participation. The integration of local wisdom and maritime aspects in planning intelligent public street lighting systems also makes an important contribution to the identity and sustainability of Batam City. So this research uses the independent variables promotion, brand image and product quality. The intervening variables are consumer confidence and purchasing decision variables. This research aims to analyze how promotion, brand image and product quality influence purchasing decisions through consumer trust in Bata Brand Shoe products. The sampling method used in this research was non-probability with a purposive sampling technique. The samples collected were 100 respondents who had purchased Bata shoe products at least once. The analytical method used is SEM, namely the outer model test includes convergent validity, AVE, discriminant validity, composite reliability and the inner model includes R-Square, significance test, effect size. Libraries are no longer managed in the traditional way and are beginning to use information technology known as library automation. RFID technology devices are used to carry out the automation circulation service. This study was done to measure user satisfaction with the usage of RFID technology in library services as well as the efficiency of library services in assisting existing educational services. This kind of quantitative research employs observational methods, a descriptive study design, and the distribution of research questionnaires to participants. The usage effectiveness value for the research indicated that the combination of the cadet identification card and the library membership card into a single card was deemed to be effective and efficient at 96%, which was a considerable increase. The adoption of RFID technology has increased circulation service standards, is more flexible than traditional modes, and promotes digital-based libraries, with a level of customer satisfaction with the use of RFID technology devices in circulation services of 97.2%. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of achievement motivation on work commitment at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The research sample consisted of 30 teachers, and the sample was determined randomly (simple random sampling). Data collection uses a questionnaire to measure work commitment variables and achievement motivation. The questionnaire provided a statement with alternative answers; always, often, sometimes, and never. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Quantitative data analysis techniques using statistics with the help of the SPSS program and Microsoft Office Excel. The research findings show that achievement motivation makes a significant contribution to teacher work commitment at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang by 46.6%. This means that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the teacher's work commitment. Conversely, the lower the achievement motivation, the lower the work commitment. This study uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Lubai Ulu, Lubai Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency. The techniques used in collecting data are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The assessment is based on the daily behavior of teachers, their relationships with peers, and their professional conduct. The assessment is not only based on peer assessment instruments but also supported by interviews, checking learning materials, and observing/supervising each teacher in the classroom. The results of the performance assessment of teachers by the researcher as peers show that, in general, the performance of teachers is good. However, with the changes in the curriculum, teachers need guidance and mentoring to be able to perform their duties in accordance with the process standards specified in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation 65/2013, Minister of Education and Culture Ristek No.16/2022, and Minister of Education and Culture Regulation 57/2014, which mandate that teachers must implement scientific-based learning and authentic assessment for the 2013 curriculum and differentiated learning with a Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach. This research places more emphasis on the strength of data analysis on data sources obtained from books, writings or so-called literature studies and by relying on existing theories to be interpreted broadly and deeply. Drawing on data from observations, interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation involving Tuan Guru, Mu’allimah Thariqat Naqsyabandiyah participants, and female salik in Babussalam Langkat, the study aims to shed light on the multifaceted dynamics of this spiritual practice. Findings unveil the historical evolution of female participation activities within the Naqsyabandiyah Order of Babussalam Langkat. Activities encompass intentions, repentance, seeking forgiveness, ablution, remembrance, communication with the Mu’allimah, dream interpretation struggles, congregational prayers, spiritual focus, and inner refinement. Outcomes include inner tranquillity, proximity to Allah SWT, heightened worship enjoyment, and fostering sincerity and kindness.
