These unprecedented changes have caused issues in relation to trust, identity authentication, and stakeholder engagement that cripple HEIs' effective digitalisation of educational practices. Additionally, the ecosystem of HEIs has become more complex because it involves various heterogeneous information systems and the diverse demands of decentralised stakeholders, such as lecturers, students, and alumni. To address these emerging problems, blockchain has become a potentially disruptive technology that can facilitate practical innovation and provide opportunities for the re-engineering of traditional HEIs. Therefore, the aim of this study is to consolidate the fragmented knowledge of blockchain applications in higher education based on the current literature of related research domains, blockchain benefits, and additional challenges for future studies. The paper consists of a systematic literature review following the PRISMA guidelines and an analysis of 79 peer-reviewed articles published between January 2018 and December 2022 by making an extensive literature search of Scopus, Taylor and Francis Online, and Web of Science databases. The results illustrate that blockchain is being explored and utilised to create new interventions to promote the sharing, securing, and management of data and knowledge and to enhance the coordination and trust between internal and external stakeholders of HEIs. This paper contributes to the stimulation of the awareness and interest of researchers and practitioners to leverage blockchain technology in their future work in order to facilitate the digital transformation of higher education.","PeriodicalId":38808,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications","volume":"19 1","pages":"188-193"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74012377","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is mainly due to the visual structure that people can generally see from the image displayed or appearance, whether it's structures, statues, sculptures, workpieces, or various other forms. The uses and benefits of technology in relation to the study of ancient artifacts, art, or buildings are many. There are many tools and technologies that come to help with the study, recording, research, or extension of the concept and origin of past art objects. In a variety of steps and processes, a variety of technologies have helped to create benefits in a variety of steps and processes through the techniques of computer programs or processing from a variety of tools. There are steps that give rise to the appearance that is based on the original structure, like the process of creating 3D structures using the process of photogrammetry. It is a technological process that brings a variety of images into the processing of shapes, colors, light, and position and creates a structure according to real objects. Its unique feature is the appearance of millions of point-colored specks that form its structure. It is a feature derived from the digital process and from real historical works that creates works that will inspire the viewer in another way derived from ancient art that is conveyed through the style of digital art. In addition, the application of broadcasting and presenting with a new form of technology, especially the use of virtual reality (V.R.) media tools for the transmission of work, creates a dimension in how to present work to people in a spectacular way with the characteristics and strengths of V.R.. is the creation of a link between users and media to experience the same virtual world. Therefore, bringing such point cloud work to the audience is another way of transferring digital technology, art, and history together. It is conveyed from a different perspective, which helps to increase the perception of value and access to the aesthetics and beauty of this valuable piece.","PeriodicalId":38808,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications","volume":"36 1","pages":"517-523"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81105431","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The goal of this research is to study approaches to developing communication skills and acceptability among health and wellness product providers in anti-aging science. A qualitative research method of in-depth interviews with a Delphi technique approach was used to gather insights from 17 purposively selected experts with a Diamond or above ranking and with at least 5 years of experience in Amway business, as Amway was one of the best-known examples of health and wellness product provider companies in the industry. The results were assessed using content analysis, determining the prioritized development methods. It was found that content preparation and broad knowledge, mentor coaching and evaluation, and learning concise and understandable communication tactics were the top 3 approaches to achieving communication skills as a leadership trait. Meanwhile, updating knowledge on a regular basis, having mentors as role models, communicating with proofs, and not answering randomly if uncertain were the top 3 approaches to developing acceptability. This study provides crucial insights into the creation of future effective and more widely accepted communicators as leaders for health and wellness product promotion in the anti-aging industry.","PeriodicalId":38808,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications","volume":"167 1","pages":"399-402"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87167982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is very difficult to diagnose in the beginning as it is asymptomatic, which leads to blindness. Presently, there are about 422 million diabetes patients, and it is projected that the number will be 552 million in 2030, as per a report from the World Health Organization. With the advancement in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision fields, many CNN-powered models have been developed for the detection and classification of DR using color fundus images. Early diagnosis of DR will increase recovery and decrease the possibility of vision loss threats. In this study, we aim to classify Diabetic Retinopathy in two stages, diseased versus healthy images. Three different pre-trained CNN models, namely, VGG16, InceptionV3, and MobileNet were deployed through transfer learning. Messidor and Messidor-2, two publicly available datasets are used in the training and testing of these CNN models. In terms of classification accuracy, the highest result of 84% was obtained using InceptionV3, whereas MobileNet and VGG16 shows 83% and 78% accuracy, respectively. The Highest 86 % precision for the healthy class and 88% sensitivity for the diseased class is shown by VGG16.","PeriodicalId":38808,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications","volume":"6 1","pages":"443-447"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87382580","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The categorization of roadways not only improves the passenger's comfort and safety but also provides autonomous cars with safe navigation paths. In this paper, we present an identification method based on movement data from smart glasses (electroocu-lography, acceleration, and angular velocity) to categorize four kinds of roads often experienced: highway, city road, highway, undeveloped region, and housing estate. We developed a deep pyramidal residual network that automatically recovers spatial-temporal data and efficiently identifies road kinds. We performed experiments to evaluate deep learning models utilizing a publicly available benchmark dataset, including sensor data acquired from intelligent eyewear. Experimentally, we discovered that the suggested 1D-PyramidNet model obtained the most incredible interpretation with the most increased accuracy (92.23%) and outperformed all other deep learning models.","PeriodicalId":38808,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications","volume":"52 1","pages":"493-497"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87638458","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Maejo University has a vision of being a green university; therefore, it places importance on waste management, starting with the process of separating waste into 10 types of 4 trash bins, which are: the blue bin is general waste, the yellow bins are recycling bins, the green bins are wet and biodegradable, and the red bins are hazardous. The inspection of each type of waste bin was studied by comparing five prototype models with the pre-train model, consisting of MobileNetV2, InceptionV3, ResNet34, VGG16, and CNN, to develop a mobile application. It was found that the MobileNetV2 model had the highest validation results. The design of the technical solution includes in particular the energy balance of hydrogen production and also the design of the sources needed for its production. The design considers the use of electricity from photovoltaics and wind farms in combination with supply from the national grid. The specific solution envisages the production of hydrogen in a 5 MW electrolyser located in the area of a filling station designed for rail transport, in addition to buses and trucks. The whole project is then assessed in terms of investment and operating costs, which determine the resulting economic evaluation.","PeriodicalId":38808,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications","volume":"74 1","pages":"284-289"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91087373","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
