The goal of this research is to study approaches to developing communication skills and acceptability among health and wellness product providers in anti-aging science. A qualitative research method of in-depth interviews with a Delphi technique approach was used to gather insights from 17 purposively selected experts with a Diamond or above ranking and with at least 5 years of experience in Amway business, as Amway was one of the best-known examples of health and wellness product provider companies in the industry. The results were assessed using content analysis, determining the prioritized development methods. It was found that content preparation and broad knowledge, mentor coaching and evaluation, and learning concise and understandable communication tactics were the top 3 approaches to achieving communication skills as a leadership trait. Meanwhile, updating knowledge on a regular basis, having mentors as role models, communicating with proofs, and not answering randomly if uncertain were the top 3 approaches to developing acceptability.
