Alternative untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran adalah dengan menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data diambil menggunakan kuisioner online google form dengan jumlah total sebanyak 160 responden. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square atau SmartPLS versi 3.3.3 dimana diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh positif dari Entrepreneurial Alertness dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. \u0000 \u0000Unemployment is one of the problems in the economy, including in Indonesia. An alternative to reducing unemployment rates is to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit on college student. This study aims to examine empirically the effect of Entrepreneurial Alertness and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy towards Entrepreneurial Intention on student at Faculty of Economics and Business Tarumanagara University. In this study, the sample was collected with non-probability sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 183 pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner secara online yang kemudian diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah popularitas dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, kemudahan penggunaan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan niat pembelian ulang. Kualitas informasi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, kemudian kepuasan pelanggan dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian ulang. Popularitas dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan, kemudahan penggunaan dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan, dan kualitas informasi dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan. \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of popularity, ease of use, and quality of information on repurchase intentions and to examine customer satisfaction as a mediation between popularity, ease of use, and quality of information and repurchase intentions. The population of this research is 183 Shopee application users in Jakarta. The method used in this study is convenience sampling by distributing online questionnaires which are then processed using PLS-SEM. The results of this study are that popularity can affect customer satisfaction, ease of use can affect customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. The quality of information can affect customer satisfaction, then customer satisfaction can affect repurchase intentions. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Faktor keluarga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 2) Ciri kepribadian ekstroversi memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 3) Ciri kepribadian ramah tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 4) Ciri kepribadian ketelitian memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 5) Ciri kepribadian terbuka pada pengalaman memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, 6) Ciri kepribadian neurotisisme tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha 7) Efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor keluarga, ciri kepribadian dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha seseorang. \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an influence of family factors, personality traits, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions of private university students in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique because this sampling is limited to certain types of people who can provide the desired information. The data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms which were distributed to students of private universities in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis tool used is Smart-PLS. The results of this study are 1) Family factors have no influence on entrepreneurial intentions, 2) Extroversion personality traits have an influence on entrepreneurial intentions, 3) Agreeableness personality traits have no influence on entrepreneurial intentions, 4) Conscientiousness personality traits have an influence on entrepreneurial intentions, 5) Open to experience personality traits have an influence on entrepreneurial intentions, 6) Neuroticism personality traits have no influence on entrepreneurial intentions 7) Self-efficacy has no influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Kuesioner penelitian dibuat dengan google form, disebar secara online melalui Whatsapp terhadap 230 responden yang merupakan pelanggan produk donut di Jakarta dengan kriteria responden dalam penelitian ini ialah orang yang pernah membeli produk dan mengikuti minimal satu akun media sosial produk donut yang berbasis di Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif di mana terdapat tujuh hipotesis yang akan diuji dengan cara mengkalkulasi data berskala likert menggunakan PLS-SEM. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Social Media Marketing Activities Dan Consumer-Based Brand Equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Experience produk donut di Jakarta dengan Co-Creation Behavior sebagai mediasi. \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Social Media Marketing Activities (PSMMA) and Consumer-Based Brand Equity (CBBE) on the Brand Experience (BE) of bakery products in Jakarta with Co-Creation Behavior (CCB) as mediation. The research questionnaire was made using the Google form, distributed online via Whatsapp to 230 respondents who were bakery product customers in Jakarta with the respondent criteria in this study being people who had purchased products and followed at least one bakery product social media account based in Jakarta. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative method in which there were seven hypotheses to be tested by calculating the Likert scale data using PLS-SEM. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used was PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan regresi random effect dengan perusahaan farmasi dengan periode 2017-2020, menghasilkan 36 data observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), kemudian ditabulasikan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan dianalisis menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan adalah negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan komisaris independen dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan juga komite audit memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of capital structure, good corporate governance and firm size on the firm’s financial performance listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was analyzed using the random effect regression with nine pharmaceutical companies in the 2017-2020 periode, generate thirty-six data observations. The research used purposive sampling to get the sample. The data used is secondary data from company financial statement data that obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), then its tabulated using Microsoft Excel 2019 and analyzed using Eviews-10. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is assisted with the assistance of the Smart-PLS program.3.3.3. Untuk mempertahankan kinerja dari industri fashion, maka loyalitas sikap dan loyalitas perilaku perlu diperhatikan agar dapat berkompetitif dengan pesaingnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, komitmen, dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas sikap dan dampaknya pada loyalitas perilaku konsumen kaos RockStereo. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pengambilan data primer yang merupakan konsumen dari kaos Rockstereo sebanyak 80 konsumen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas sikap. Kepuasan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas sikap tetapi komitmen memiliki pengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap loyalitas sikap dan loyalitas sikap memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas perilaku. \u0000 \u0000Indonesia's fashion industry is one of the drivers of Indonesia's creative economy. To maintain the performance of the fashion industry, attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty need to be considered to be competitive with competitors. This study examined the effect of trust, commitment, and satisfaction on attitudinal loyalty and its impact on the behavioral loyalty of RockStereo t-shirt consumers. This research uses a descriptive study with quantitative methods through primary data collection from 80 consumers of Rockstereo t-shirts. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that trust has no significant effect on attitudinal loyalty. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan performa kerja karyawan atau SDM adalah dengan memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi performa kerja karyawan seperti Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap performa kerja karyawan di CV. Indo Jaya Logam di wilayah Tangerang. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 31 karyawan dengan teknik pemilihan sampel total sampling, dan analisis data akan menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang diolah dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja karyawan di CV. Indo Jaya Logam di wilayah Tangerang hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk memperhatikan motivasi karyawannya dan budaya organisasi di perusahaan untuk meningkatkan performa kerja karyawannya. \u0000 \u0000Companies must pay attention to various aspects so that companies can compete and improve their performance, one of the important aspects that must be considered by companies is Human Resources (HR). CV. Indo Jaya Logam is a leading provider of scaffolding tools used during the process of building, repairing or decorating a building, both nationally and internationally. For that of course Companies need to have skilled Human Resources (HR) to support their company's work performance. One way to improve the work performance of employees or HR is to pay attention to factors factors that affect employee performance such as motivation and organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on the work performance of employees at CV. Indo Jaya Logam in the Tangerang area. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 31 employees using a total sampling technique, and data analysis used Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) which processed with SmartPLS Version 4 software.
