Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi menggambarkan kemakmuran bagi pemegang saham. Peningkatannya menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Secara tidak langsung hal tersebut dipandang sebagai suatu kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kemakmuran pemegang saham yang merupakan tujuan perusahaan. Bagi investor, peningkatan nilai perusahaan akan membuat investor tersebut tertarik untuk berinvestasi di perusahaan sehingga membuat harga saham perusahaan mengalami peningkatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor jasa perbankan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 - 2019. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 6 perusahaan dalam indeks LQ-45 periode 2015 - 2019. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software EViews 9.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial financial leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sementara profitabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan dividen juga tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara financial leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Untuk para investor hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi informasi tambahan dalam mengambil keputusan berinvestasi. Sedangkan, untuk perusahaan sektor jasa perbankan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi untuk menentukan financial leverage yang tepat, menentukan target profitabilitas dan menentukan kebijakan dividen di masa yang akan datang. \u0000  \u0000Firm value is one of the important decision-making indicators for investors. High company value describes prosperity for shareholders. The increase indicates an increase in the company's performance. Indirectly, this is seen as an ability to increase the prosperity of shareholders, which is the company's goal. For investors, an increase in value of the company will make the investor interested in investing in the company so that the company's share price will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The population in this study are banking sector companies that are members of the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015 - 2019. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah mengikuti akun Tiktok produk kecantikan ”X” dan dalam 3 bulan terakhir melakukan pembelian produk. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui media social dengan menggunakan Google Form. Teknik analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM yang dikalkulasi software SmartPLS 3, tingkat signifikansi diukur melalui prosedur bootstrapping. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dari variabel halal brand trust, halal brand involvement, dan halal brand knowledge terhadap purchase decision pada konsumen produk kecantikan “X” di Tiktok. Melalui dari penelitian ini diharapkan agar merek “X” yang merupakan merek kosmetik yang sudah bersertifikasi halal mampu meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk yang ditawarkan dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, keterlibatan produk halal yang dapat memberikan image yang baik pada konsumen serta perlu adanya pengetahuan produk halal yang memberikan jaminan pada konsumen bahwa produk yang ditawarkan terjamin. \u0000  \u0000The purpose of this research is to find out that halal brand trust, halal brand involvement, and halal brand knowledge have an influence on purchase decisions among consumers of beauty products. The population of this study are consumers who have followed the \"X\" beauty product Tiktok account and in the last 3 months have purchased products. The sampling technique used the non-probability sampling method with the data collection technique using purposive sampling. The number of respondents used in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through social media using the Google Form. The analysis technique uses PLS-SEM which is calculated by SmartPLS 3 software, the significance level is measured through a bootstrapping procedure. The results obtained from this study are that there is a positive influence from the variables halal brand trust, halal brand involvement, and halal brand knowledge on purchase decisions among consumers of \"X\" beauty products on Tiktok. Sampel dipilih sebanyak 220 responden konsumen Sari Roti di Jakarta. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Smart-PLS 3.2.9. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa subjective norm, image dan intention memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap behavior of halal labeled-food shopping Sari Roti di Jakarta. Sedangkan spirituality dan trust tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavior of halal labeled-food shopping konsumen Sari Roti di Jakarta. \u0000  \u0000The halal logo is one of the consideration factors made by muslim consumers in choosing the food they will consume. With the halal logo in the food packaging, will affect the behavior of halal labeled-food shopping Sari Roti in Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of spirituality, subjective norm, image, trust and intention towards behavior of halal labeled-food shopping Sari Roti in Jakarta. Oleh karena itu, manusia perlu pengendalian dan pengembangan diri yang baik agar mampu bersaing serta mampu membantu organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingannya. Saat ini organisasi sedang mengalami beberapa rintangan yang harus dihadapi seperti faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan antara lain motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pemberian dorongan berupa motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan sehingga dapat mencapai hasil yang diinginkan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Mega Tirana Internasional. Dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan sampel jenuh diperoleh 50 jawaban dari 73 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SPPS 27. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja secara parsial dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan ini perusahaan diharapkan untuk perusahaan lebih memperhatikan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya seperti pemberian pelatihan kembali untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya atau dengan memberikan kegiatan di luar pekerjaan yang dapat melepas penat karyawan sejenak. Penelitian ini tidak akan berhasil tanpa adanya dukungan penuh dari PT Mega Tirana Internasional dan Universitas Tarumanagara. \u0000  \u0000Human resources are one part of the driving force of an organization that needs to be managed properly by the organization. Therefore, humans need good self-control and development to be able to compete and be able to help organizations in facing their competition. Currently the organization is experiencing several obstacles that must be faced such as factors that affect employee performance, including work motivation and employee job satisfaction. Providing encouragement in the form of motivation and job satisfaction is needed to increase employee morale so that they can achieve the results desired by the organization. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu desain kausal dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan. Analisa data menggunakan aplikasi software SmartPLS versi 4. Analisis data SEM-PLS terbagi menjadi 2 (dua), yaitu outer model dan inner model. Variabel motivasi kerja menggunakan indikator hierarki kebutuhan manusia. Variabel kompensasi menggunakan indikator gaji, bonus, insentif, asuransi, keamanan, dan hari libur kerja. Variabel lingkungan kerja menggunakan indikator pencahayaan, suhu udara, tingkat kebisingan, penggunaan warna, ruang gerak dalam bekerja, dan hubungan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. \u0000  \u0000The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work motivation, compensation, and work environment variables on job satisfaction. The design used in this study is a causal design with a quantitative method approach. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire in google form. The sample size in this study was 50 employees. Data analysis used the SmartPLS version 4 software application. SEM-PLS data analysis was divided into 2 (two), namely the outer model and the inner model. The indicators of work motivation variable used the theory of the hierarchy of human needs. The indicators of compensation variable used: salary, bonuses, incentives, insurance, security and working days off. The indicators of work environment variable used: lighting, air temperature, noise level, use of color, space for work, and work relationships. Salah satu fashion yang banyak dilihat yaitu sepatu. Dalam persaingan perusahaan, ada berbagai jenis merek sepatu di pasaran. Setiap merek sepatu menghadirkan berbagai model yang menarik dan beragam didukung dengan harga yang terjangkau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kepercayaan merek, kualitas produk, persepsi kewajaran harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Vans di Jakarta Barat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pelanggan Vans yang berada di Jakarta Barat. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden yang berada di Jakarta Barat dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan software IBM SPSS 26. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert dengan skala interval. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek, persepsi kewajaran harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Vans di Jakarta Barat. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Vans di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu sumber ilmu pengetahuan yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. \u0000  \u0000Competition among shoe brand companies in the globalization era gains customer attention, launches products to be accepted by customers, and creates superior markets that meet company expectations. One of the fashion that is often seen is shoes. In the company's competition, there are various types of shoe brands in the market. Each shoe brand presents a variety of attractive and varied models supported at affordable prices. The purpose of this study was to examine brand trust, product quality, perceived price fairness on Vans customer loyalty in West Jakarta. In this study using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this research is Vans customers who are in West Jakarta. The research sample used was 120 respondents in West Jakarta with questionnaires distributed online using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 software. The scale used in this study was a Likert scale with an interval scale. The results of the study show that brand trust, perceived price fairness has a positive and significant effect on Vans customer loyalty in West Jakarta. Then the results of the study also show that product quality has a positive but not significant effect on Vans customer loyalty in West Jakarta. Air Emas. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling untuk menentukan 100 orang karyawan yang dijadikan responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala ordinal secara langsung. Program yang digunakan untuk mengelola data yang telah diterima adalah SmartPLS 4 dan metode yang digunakan untuk mengelola data adalah partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah reward dan punishment berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. \u0000  \u0000This research aims to find out the effect of reward, punishment, and leadership on PT. Air Emas Employee Performance. This research uses probability sampling with simple random sampling as the method of choice to obtain 100 employees that will be used as respondents. The method that is used is quantitative research method and the method for data collection is distributing questionnaires with ordinal scale directly. The program that is used to process the data that have been obtained is Smart PLS 4 and the method that is used to process the data is partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).
